Ian, the dude who explained everything, was amazing. What I didn't like was that there is a last minute additional fee of $130 the DAY of the flight. I loved the trip, but wish this was communicated upfront.

Have a total cost included in the price. Rather than charging a ‘total’ and then charging another $130 the day before the flight.

Ian and our pilot was awesome! A few emailed questions were answered promptly and super friendly experience before, during and after! I surprised my wife with this flight and she ended up on a 2-day natural high after…..money well spent!

Wonderful flight over the Niagara area, seeing historical and man-made landmarks from a different perspective. Both Ian and our pilot were very personable and made our adventure truly memorable. Ian was a gem who rescheduled our original flight due to weather conditions at our convenience. Smooth flight all the way!

What a special, worthwhile experience we recommend to just about everyone! Ian was so nice and accommodating and helped us schedule a rain check in short order so we could still have a tour. The pilot was incredibly skilled and the tour was amazing! Only thing I wish we knew is that it wasn't air conditioned, so it was HOT in that little plane haha! Perfect way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary :)

My Girlfriend and I absolutely loved the entire experience. Captain Eddie was excellent. Heads up to travellers that suffer from claustrophobia, its a little tight. aside from that everything was excellent.

Pilot and partner was excellent, excellent flight, only negative thing we weren’t notified that there is another $127.00 you have to pay at the airport on top of the $198.00 you had previously paid for the flight

Would it be possible to transfer a disable passenger from a wheelchair into one of the plane seats? Just wondering how accessible the seats are. We usually do a manual transfer (ex: from wheelchair to car seat, etc)

I can't remember, we booked it through Niagara Falls Air tours, the only thin I would say is do it, you won't be disappointed x
