Team-Up, Clue-In, Break-Out! Welcome to Narrow Escape! Come join us for some challenging fun! A new escape room experience in Oakville. At Narrow Escape our goal is to deliver a safe, fun and challenging experience to all of our customers. We want to wow our customers through constant change, innovation and great story telling. Whether you are just looking for some fun with friends, celebrating a birthday, hosting a corporate event or need a room for any other type of gathering, we can help. For corporate events/team building, birthday parties or any weekday during the day appointments please call or email, otherwise you can book online from our website.

Birthday treat from my wife for the family, group of 7. We did the Zombie Escape and had a blast! We escaped with about a minute to go...everyone's heart was pounding as if the zombies were really about to break into the bunker! Staff was friendly and helpful, escape room cleverly planned. Recommended!

We went in March to the Zombie room, everyone in their 20s had a lot of fun. Challenging, but having the large group work together and bounce off one another was super fun. Everyone really enjoyed themselves, a fun different activity to do with friends or family. 11/10 recommend narrow escape... we will be back for the other rooms for sure.

My brother and I tried the Narrow Escape Room's Claustrophobia room and it was absolutely amazing. There were many factors that made our experience a satisfactory one. First of all, the company owner Tiffany was very accommodating and amiable towards us. She offered our mother coffee, gave our dog (we brought our dog to the place, who they kindly welcomed) water to drink, and really went out of her way to make sure we have a good time.
In terms of gameplay, I found the puzzles to be stimulating and fresh, really enabling my brother and me to think outside the box and use a variety of skills and tricks to solve them. The layout of the challenge was very well-done and it really exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great mind-challenging activity, put your books and laptops away and book a room with Narrow Escape! It is very much worth the cost, and you'll be coming back for more.

I brought a group of 6 teens for a birthday party. It was the first time doing an escape room for most. We played "Hacked" and completed within 30 minutes (10 minutes of which was spent trying to figure out where to start). It was a pretty bright group of teens who figured out the puzzles quickly (even faster than me as an adult on some), so I'm not faulting the venue for quick completion on a "beginner-level" room. My main frustration was paying $170+ for a 30 minute event. I wish there could have been graduated pricing depending on group size - i.e., pay less per person for 7 people in attendance -- or a lower rate for a "beginner" room which is intended to get new people exposed to escape rooms. Still, it was nice to get the hour of time - some escape rooms only give you 45 minutes.

We enjoyed the Zombie room. We were two families, we didn’t make it out but had lots of fun along the way.
Rooms were very well laid out and challenging.

We had so much fun in Baker Street honestly it was awesome from start to finish I highly recommend the adventure was well thought up !! We were 7 of us all having pretty good puzzle skills and we would have been able to escape had we had 1 more minute! We also solved puzzles without the clues only figuring out what they meant after the fact so pay attention to everything it is so well done !! Thanks guys for the great time !!

Most of our group enjoyed the Baker Street game. However, it relied a little to heavily on laminated pieces of paper and the hint system is problematic. First, a big flaw in the game is that you can bypass puzzles that then ruin how you progress in the game and stop you from a deserving win. Second, I take issue with walkie-talkie hint systems and coming in and saying "What have you solved?" This wastes precious time on the clock and often for us, because we were able to bypass puzzles, ultimately gave us two clues that were had already solved wasting the time we needed for the final puzzle. Third, it was the grand opening so it was very noisy right outside of our game when we were playing. This was distracting and greatly took away from the immersion. I highly recommend they include some music to drown out outside noise. Another problem with a large group outside our room was that it took the game master quite a bit longer to respond to us when we requested a hint.
On the other hand, the lobby space is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Overall, a decent game with a lovely location and good staff.

Thank You for your honest review K3769ARemmaw. We appreciate all feedback. We have tweaked some of the puzzles, based on your groups experience, we had a meeting at the end of the day to go over what happened with the room and your group. Also, you are the only group to solve a puzzle without the clue, so that is impressive. I'll be honest, we didn't think that would happen. Also, I would like to apologize for the excessive noise of all the people that were there for the grand opening, that is not the normal experience with us. Again, Thank you for coming in and for your feedback.

We've been to a few escape rooms, but this one was definitely our favorite! So much fun and challenging! Friendly staff and great set up. We will be regulars to Narrow Escape!

I did the Baker Street room and had a great time. The entrance area and main lobby looked great. The room itself was even better! You can tell they put effort into their rooms as this was one of the best rooms I have done. My team was close, but we didn't escape. The puzzles were fun and the story was great. If you like escape rooms, I would highly recommend you try this place out! I look forward to coming back!
