I am not going to lie, i am very not thrilled with the polices of this company. Nevertheless, lets talk actual service provided. I attended this location maybe 3 times. I had a great experience with no issues. The staff are great warm and friendly, the instructors take the time, to ensure you understand everything and that you will be completely safe. Amazing experience and i would strongly recommend the whole progression package. in terms of policies. Yes this company has silly policies that suit their need at the expense of customers. Specifically when it suits them, the package has to be used within a year. But conveniently change during covid. But they refused to refund my money. If you are ok with not requesting a refund, i strongly encourage you to try this amazing experience of flying through the wind tunnel. it is like skydiving only the bang for the buck is better and progression quicker. Again, pretty poor customer service during covid and a refund is a big issue, not a very progressive forward looking company . Personally, although i enjoyed the experience, now that i am band for requesting a refund, i wont miss it that much. Life is really way to short to waste resources on companies that are not customer service oriented to the max

Went with my husband last Friday afternoon and had a blast. Did the 4 flight package which was perfect. Our instructor was amazing, the experience was on time and we will be returning next time we are in Toronto (already booked our return package). Only complaint was the staff at the front who were real downers, not at all friendly- felt like I was there for a colonoscopy not a fun event- they were official and professional and a tad condescending. They need to learn how to smile and engage.

I dropped in after a movie. The free observation deck satisfied my curosity. It was fun to watch people in free fall. The instructors kept them safe.

Overall it was a fun experience but get ready to pay for the experience! 2 minutes of "fly time" cost us $120 each! The instructor we had didn't "fly around" with us like the instructor for the previous group did... kind of disappointing! would have liked to had some consistency in the way the instructors treated their classes...

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our Flying With Flyers experience (going to the top) is not advertised as a part of our packages before booking as it is not a guaranteed experience, since it takes our perhaps newer staff members about one year to obtain this additional certification. Safety is our primary focus at iFLY Toronto and all our instructors are fully qualified to provide a safe environment for anyone to try indoor skydiving, but, as stated on our waivers, it is completely up to their discretion to offer this additional service. Sometimes, instructors who have the rating will decide not to go to the top with a customer who is unstable, for example. We understand the disappointment this can cause and that is why we do all we can to offer it when we can. We apologize that at the time of your session, the Flying With Flyer experience was not available, but we hope that your group enjoyed the experience of flying with us!

We were told to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled time of 12pm and that the entire activity (training, gear, fly time) would take approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately, it seemed it was really a 2 hour wait time! 90 minutes after our arrival time, we inquired at the front desk about the delay. We were assured things were running on time, as scheduled and our group would be called into the training room in numeric order. This was not the case. A birthday party was called inbetween numbered flight groups, which delayed a lot of waiting people. Everyone was getting frustrated and bored of waiting now almost 2 hours. Their group finally got to "fly" at 2:10pm. More than 2 hours late. We asked at the front desk once more and were then told "a shoe got caught in the wind tunnel, so it had to be shut down". This did not happen in the 2 hours we sat and watched in the observation area. If it happened earlier in the day, they could have informed us upon arrival or when we inquired. We would have appreciated the heads up. FYI the whole experience could have been done in 30 minutes. My 7 year old thought it was pretty cool. So that's the good part. However, the fact that the staff/instructors kept repeatedly asking our son if he wanted to upgrade packages, was not appropriate. Please ask the parent from now. We heard from many other parents, this kept happening. We will not recommend this place and will not be booking future parties/ corporate outings here, as planned.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to write your comments. We are truly sorry for your experience and the extended delay. We did have a very long wait on that day due to a shoe flying into our recirculating system. When this happens, we have to shut everything down to retrieve the pieces, which can take some time. If you would like to detail this further, we would really appreciate you giving us a call at (289) 795-4000 and asking for Kristen T.
