Took our grandkids here, 4 and 3. We were a little nervous about whether they would find it scary. Not a chance! They loved it, doing it non stop for 45 minutes, before finally finishing with their 2 big zips.

We love this place. First time with our grand kids, but we’ve done the full course ourselves twice.

Great crew, very safe, the only knock I will give it is that they do not practice good Covid standards like they say they do. The site says they will keep the groups separate; the kids section is not monitored and no attempt was made to keep the different kids apart. The adults start in groups of ten, but when we did the course in August all separation between the groups vanished.

Deduct 1 Point for poor Covid practices, 9/10 for everything else.

This was our first time experiencing a tree top trek adventure and it was really amazing for my wife and I. The staff was quick to sign us in and get us started. Their facilities were well ventilated and clean. All their equipment and harnesses were sanitized before we put them on. The staff helps you with the equipment and there is a 15-20 min demo before the trek/adventure begins. I'd say the staff was very patient as both of us had no idea of how to operate their equipment but after a few minutes we got the hang of it. Once the adventure started, the guide explains all the levels and the obstacles and remained with us for almost the entire course. It's best to visit early morning when they open, so that the group sizes are not to large and on a hot day you wouldn't get too tired if you started early. The course progresses through 3 levels and you go higher and higher on the trees (that made it even more fun). There are plenty of zip lines in between the courses so by the time you come to the last "Big Zip", you have already been on many zip lines. Wear comfortable clothing, and good shoes, you can have a bag pack with water bottles and do the courses, my wife & I even had a quick snack on the top of a tree. The activity is time bound so you do not have all day. It's completely safe and enjoyable. Gloves are optional.

What a great day! Went with my family for mothers day and we had an excellent experience. The staff were patient and knowledgeable, walked us through and made the experience that much better. We felt safe and secure the entire time, never really thought about the equipment through out the entire course, comfortable, easy to move in and really safe. We will definitely go again and would recommend this adventure who would like a challenge in a safe and beautiful spot near the GTA. Great Staff!!

We have been to every other treetop adventure park in the city and I will list pros and cons compared to these other parks.
Pro's:
Good location (close to city)
Guides are helpful and friendly
Courses are diverse and challenging
Good mix of activities available
Cons:
Starter course is too far from from home base
Equipment too complicated and heavy - single attachment point systems are more user friendly and don't drag while not attached to course
Ladder attachment pulley system is rickety
Some poor design and layout in areas - Couldn't reach hand hold points on several challenges even on first course.
No areas on ground near courses to leave water bottles/snacks
Groups are too large. - Time slots should be offset by 1/2 hour and groups limited to 10, so you spend less time waiting and more time climbing
No season passes available for repeat clients.
Overall, not a terrible climbing experience, but we prefer the other treetop adventure parks available.

My 7 years old boy was on the child course and it took him 12 minutes to go through the course twice, and then he was told to go to the Jr Big Zip for the zip line twice. The whole package took about 15 minutes to complete. So my son and I spent 2.5 hrs waiting for my older one from going on the bigger courses. My son was so bored and complaint that it wasn't fun. I spoke to the staff to let them know the problem of the short course that took only 15 minutes rather than the 1.5 hrs package as it stated on the website. The staff told the supervisor and the supervisor said he would come back to speak to me after he took the customers to the course. He was there with the two customers on the training line for at least 20 minutes and then forgot about us. It would be a better experience and worth the money for my little one if he was allowed to go on the course or the zip line again for a few more times or allowed to try one or two of the next level course. Too bad he was only allowed to go on twice disregarding it wasn't busy. Also, sadly, if the child is caught scared at the beginning of the course, he/she can come off the course, but won't be allowed to go on again.

On the other hand, my older one loved the 10+ courses and had so much fun. She was screaming, laughing, and non-stop talking about the red- Big Zip that she was allowed to go on for many times.

We had the worst experience there. I am not used to give bad review but the staff was so unfriendly yesterday that I thought it was worth writing one.
We booked a Children course « package » for our daughter 10 yo birthday after talking on the phone, following their advices and high requirements. When we arrived there, we realized our daughter was only 1cm under the 5.7’’ lign (she is not tall or short for her age: she is average) and we asked to change for their 9+ package with no success.
Having done many treetop adventures in different places, I can tell you the children course over there is the shortest and most ridiculous thing ever. Our group of 10 yo girls did it in less than 10 minutes where they were supposed to stay there for 1 hour! Even our 5yo boy did it easily. Kids were bored after 4 times of doing the same tour. The junior zip line is also very short and disappointing.
Trying to talk to staff and manager, I can tell you they did not try to understand or make us feel better in this special day. Nothing was done except asking us to go back to the front desk to hear the same thing again. They sound like we were not the first customer unhappy but nothing could be done and they did not care. We understood that their 9+ package is not safe for under 5.7’’, which sounds like it was build too high to make it safe for age appropriate abilities.
The least they could have done would have been to offer to go on the big zip which was totally safe in this case but they did not. The manager was so unfriendly that I had to make sure the kids did not hear him talking to not ruin their happy day.
I would not recommend any child above 5 yo to go for their children package. I am sure that after 10 (and after 5.7’’) it is not frustrating as we saw the courses and they look nice and challenging.
Very very very frustrated and disappointed for us.

Hello Camille, safety of all of our clients, especially children is our number one priority. Our safety lines on our higher courses are set and cannot be changed and have a minimum reach to them which is standard for everyone. We cannot put children on our higher courses if they cannot reach to the safety wire. Our safety lines are at a Canadian Industry Standard height that is pretty much constant through most parks in Canada.

This is a really cool adventure for kids and a great way to spend an afternoon. Unfortunately for a period of about 20 minutes there was no supervision on the JR. zip line and during that time a child decided to zip immediately after my child and slammed into her at the end of the line. Had I not been below the line and able to slow the incoming child at risk to myself the end result could have been much worse. Since some parents are not intelligent enough to coach their children to wait their turn the facility should have the closed the attraction until an employee was available to monitor. This was just something that should not have had the opportunity to occur.

Hello Lynn, The Jr. Big Zip does have signage saying not to enter without an attendant, so it wasn't supposed to be run by you or any other clients unless an employee was there.

The person on the phone did not give clear instructions and spelt my name wrong on my email meaning I did not know to show up 30 mins early. We showed up 10-15 mins early and told we were late. I came to this course with my boyfriend (we are in our mid-twenties) and the person on the phone booked us in with a twelve year olds birthday party without telling us. This experience was very expensive and we listened to twelve year olds fight and complain all day. I wish I never spent the money on this day.

I am super happy with the experience, just very disappointed that the guide told us we were done after we had done 3 out of 5 adventures course when we zipped through them so fast and were done in 2 hours / 3 allowed.
When we were done returning our equipment we were told We could have done all 5-
We brought all kids for a family bonding experience so would have loved to do it all.
Overall
Good tho just very bad communication from

Hello Sophie, We’ve never offered any packages that include all 5 of our courses. Our youth/adult package includes 3 of our 5 courses, one beginner, one intermediate and one advance. We don’t have the ability to have people doing all 5 in one day due to the size of our park and the way our courses are staffed.

Took a group of 6 - 11 year olds on a Saturday afternoon in September. The ropes course(s) were amazing. The instruction, assitance, and customer service was diplorable. It seemed that every employee hated their job, and were not freindly or overly helpful when the kids required assistance.

The kids were rushed to the intermediate course, without going on the begginer course (maybe due to scheduling?), and because of this 2 of the kids were uncomforable and didn't end up participating.

We were disappointed with the overall experience due to the employees and the way we were treated from start to finish, however we were extreamly impressed with the facility itself.

Hello, Unfortunately there is a typo with our beginner course sign that says it’s an intermediate course, we have a replacement on order, but given the difficulty of getting supplies in these times it didn’t arrive until the end of September. Your children didn’t do our intermediate course, they did our easiest beginner course.
