I love this place. Even when the peony festival is not in season, there are still plenty of flowers to see. Well laid out and a great place to take photos for a special occasion.

This is a nice place for a walk to look at the beautiful flowers when in season. A lot of couples have their wedding pictures done there.

always go there for the peonies festival....lots of people....lots of nice varities of various plants and shrubs.....a real plus for the city.....take a nice slow walk on both sides of the creek ...relax and see the beautiful scenery

There were no gates to get into the Botanical Gardens, so I don't think there would be any open/close times. You should be able to visit whenever you like. It's a public space.
