We did the Lower Byward market tour. Flavia, our guide, was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the area and the food. All food stops were excellent.... we left VERY full. This is a great way to spend an afternoon and do something a little different to the normal walking tour. Go hungry, and you won't need dinner afterwards. Great fun... highly recommended!

We had a fun afternoon on our afternoon tour of the ByWard Market with Flavia. We also enjoyed meeting another couple on the tour who we ran into later during our trip! There was a variety of food and it was excellent – it was our first time trying poutine and Beavertails. Some other standouts were an amazing authentic Mexican taco and a tea store with a passionate owner and the largest selection of teas we have ever seen. The ByWard market is such a vibrant and diverse area and so glad it is still thriving after the last two years. We really enjoyed our time in Ottawa and definitely recommend C’est Bon for a fun foodie overview.

Have a light breakfast and skip lunch before going on this tour. Stefanie provided an informative tour which included interesting facts about the Market's history, answers to questions about Ottawa's restaurants, and some incredible stops for an interesting variety of food. The highlights were the wood fired pizza, the freshly made naan bread, and the tea store.

My wife and I had a terrfice time on this food tour. Lots of interesting stops and a good taste of the Candian multi-culuture market. From asian, to authentic mexican street food, to an excellent duck poutine, pizza, cupcakes, the best tea shop I have ever been to beaver tails. Our guide, Flavia, was very knowlegeable and made the exprience very fun. We left very satified with full stomachs!
