My 14 year old invited friends to the Victorian Vampire Escape Room to celebrate her birthday. They really enjoyed it. Enthusiastically, they told me how they worked together to solve clues - challenging but solvable. Very much recommend.

What a fun experience!! We’re a family of seven with kids 15, 14, 12, 10 and 8. We did the Vampire room and although we didn’t make it out in time we had a blast.

I want to thank the staff at Unlocked! Melissa helped my son and his friends focus on escaping as they were having too much fun in the room. lol My husband and I were very impressed with the set up of the room and were kind of wishing we got to go in too. This just means we will be back with our friends to try it out.
I think this was a great place for my son to have his birthday party and would do it again. We will be back!! Thank you.

We did a corporate event as part of our Christmas party and by all accounts everyone had a great time. We had 3 rooms booked (Shipwrecked, Victorian Vampire and The Great Elf Escape). The rooms were well planned and challenging. We would definitely go back to try other rooms.

Myself and 8 friends did the Vampire room and loved it! We were a mixture of people who had previously done a room and first timers. We escaped in plenty of time after successfully solving all the clues. It was challenging and really good fun. Will definitely be back!!

My husband and I attempted to solve the Victorian Vampire Mystery as a date night activity last night and had a blast! We didn't succeed, but we had a great time trying and will definitely be going back again soon.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Unlocked Ottawa.

Shipwrecked. 4 adults, we worked quickly and diligently through a myriad of puzzles to find all the treasure with a handful of minutes to spare. The puzzles were intriguing but solve able to an imaginative mind. A lot of fun, well setup and well run, we are eager to try another of their rooms. A memorable adventure.

I took my daughter for her 13th birthday to unlocked with six of her friends. We did the vampire mystery and the girls loved it! They finished with six minutes left but used several hints. The staff were super friendly and made our experience wonderful :-)

We had an awesome time at Unlocked last night. There were six of us and we were in Shipwreck. We managed to solve everything, although we took an extra five minutes (the room wasn’t booked after so they let us finish).
The staff we fabulous. Very engaging and fun, especially the one who seemed newer. Every one of us left saying how much fun we had.
We will definitely be back!

I brought eight 11-year-old kids for an hour of escape room. The staff were great! The kids had an absolute blast. They talked about it with enthusiasm for almost an hour afterward. They got out of the Victorian Vampire room with 7 min. to spare and were SO excited about it! They were all engaged, worked co-operatively and said the time flew by.

Hello. My friends and I (14, 15, 17) were wondering what room in Kanata would be the best for us. I have already done the Fortune room so out of the other two, which would be a nice challenge? We have also all done escape rooms before.
