This is Canadas 150th Anniversary and while in Ottawa and having been here numberous times it is that sense of place and purpose that keeps one coming back reglecting and admiring. The security has been turned up a notch which is readonable.

This is definitely a place that you need to visit if you travel to Ottawa, the entrance is free, and is definitely a place you'll love. The architecture is gorgeous, and you can get a guided tour. The great location is perfect to make other activities nearby!

The grounds on Parliament Hill are well kept and filled with historic statues. At the back there is a great view across the river of Gatineau and other historic sites. Tours are well worth the price. It is within walking distance of Major's Hill Park, Art Gallery, Chateau Laurier as well as the Rideau Center Shopping Centre. There are numerous... More

I really enjoyed the visit. I thought the monument showcasing all the provinces was really great. There were lots of people, it was a beautiful day and it was interesting to see some of the most well known buildings in our country

Overhead while we sing O Canada, our national anthem, there is a flyby of the SnowBirds and... More
