I have been here many times before the renovations and I always take my visitors here. They request repeat visits. I took my granddaughter here many, many times and she had a blast each time. Great place for the family and for people of all ages. If you like science and trains then you must come to this museum. The kids love the chicken incubator, trains and the crooked kitchen! This is or was a fantastic museum for families with kids, young kids in particular. We've had a pass for a few years and used it more than any other museum.

Seriously ... this place has been closed since late 2014. Yes it's set to open fall of 2017. Giving a review on a placed that's closed and being totally renovated is not a true review at all. You cannot possible make assumptions that this will be the place to be or not until you've actually seen it once the construction... More

Mostly great for children, with a lot of things to see how it works many games and a lot of information. but also a place for us the adults that in our heart are still children and want to learn how things work. It is a place to go.

Visited with Family , 2 grand children under 8. Very interesting lot's of early inventions. Not for little kids , they bore quickly, Over all pretty good.
