Nice residence

It is a nice residence, hard to see because of the trees, but still and interesting side of a historical building.

I would strongly recommend a trip down Sussex Drive to see the house of the Prime Minister of Canada and the Governor General of Canada. Because of the trees which block the view the Prime Minister's House is not clearly seen, however, the Governor General's House is available for tours and one is able to enter the main gate an... If you are lucky (or the cops are a little off) you can as we did get caught inside the motorcade. This is cool and terrifying as the former occupantt bought some intimidating Black SUVs

The Prime Minister's, limestone residence is in a lovely setting. It will soon be under construction so go drive by soon!

Pretty much a waste of a drive. Drive by is all you can do and it is nearly impossible to see anything except for s large building behind gates and trees. RCMP at gates so cannot stop which would likely not be great because it would block traffic. Not sure it would be great to have tourists stopping but then... More

There's no public access to 24 Sussex and you can barely make out structures from the street in the summer. Trees and shrubs in the way. Peer through the fence, wave to the PM, and then go visit Rideau Hall and grounds across the street.

The Official Prime Minister's Residence is enclosed by a large gate guarded by police officers. Don't visit the Prime Minister, visit his neighbour the Governor General.

First of all I cant understand how we the taxpayer fund this and we get blocked with a ton of trees as our only view of the place. You can't even stop to try and look thru the trees before a suited officer stares you down. I don't even know why people bother advertising this location if you can't even... More
