I am staying in the area for a couple weeks and called today (Saturday) to try and make an appointment. I asked about availability for today and was told they were fully booked, completely understandable since I was calling late in the day. Since I was flexible and could have made an appointment for another day during the next 2 weeks I asked if they were open Sunday and I was told no, with no further info. The person I spoke with didn’t ask me what service I wanted nor if I wanted to book a future appointment. Oh well, I guess they don’t want nor need any new clients.

I am sorry you were not offered a future booking. I doubt we are booked for the duration of your stay and we would love you to come and join us for an appointment. This interaction was certainly not a usuall reflection of our service, as we always endeavor to ensure the best experiences possible. Would would like to discuss this further with you. Visited the spa with my wife in April and the establishment is very quiet even though it's downtown. I had the relaxation massage with Laura and she was very good. Would definitely go again.

this spa is too expensive for the qua;ity of the service. i had a mani pedi and it cost 143.00. the shellac on my fingers chipped in one day. the massage was ineffective and not enough. it is too pretentious and not enough. i could have gotten three better quality treatments elsewhere.

Travelling in Ottawa and looking for a pedicure. There is a lot or choice on the Internet but it is difficult to choose without recommendations.
Tried out the urban spa for the manicure/pedicure special with Kat.
Very happy with the exerience, the treatment and the atmosphere. Kat is very good.

Went there with my wife just this past weekend.
Leah and Brittany were the RMT and i must say that we were both quite impressed. I personally am quite avid going to get massages whereas my wife absolutely hate it. Once the massage was done, my wife was telling me that she enjoyed it and felt her tensed muscles all relaxed. As for me, i have tried many masseuses and none came close to what Leah did for me. I haven't felt so relaxed in a long while as if all the little aches were simply gone! Down part was that the hour went by too quick. I would recommend at least an 1 1/2 visit!
If only i lived in Ottawa, i would make it a regular habit of going there!!!

The most pain free Brazilian i've ever had. Kat is very good and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The office is very nice and everything was quick and easy.

I bought a groupon for 3 Brazilian waxes here. The type of wax they use is VERY soft and is a hard wax which is much better than strip wax in my opinion. Sheila, my esthetician, is quick and knows what she is doing; makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for any sort of waxing.

My friend gave me a gift card for my birthday so I decided to try the downtown location. I booked in for a massage and facial. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had my massage and facial with Kat who is amazing and very professional, I would recommend her to anyone. It was my first ever facial and it won't be my last, Kat explained the process and made great recommendations afterwards for skincare. The overall experience was so relaxing. I will be returning for sure!

For our anniversary my husband booked us in for a couples massage, which is our favorite thing to do for special occasions! We thought we had been to Ottawa's best before but this is my new favorite. We were both able to come out of it raving about our massages, which actually is hard to accomplish! He's picky! Everything about it was perfect and we'll definitely be back! Perhaps before the next special occasion. Wonderful blissful experience!
