You pay a lot of money to go have night on the town only to have watered down drinks. I have a very low tolerance to alcohol and hardly had a buzz. After several drinks I brought the issue up with the server staff. They didn’t care and insisted since we saw them pour it the drinks are 100% legit. Doesn’t matter those drinks are definitely diluted and I feel ripped off. Don’t spend your money here ... oh and the dance floor is just a yucky basement anyway.

We were in Ottawa for Canada Day, 2017. When we left Parliament Hill to go to the market, we thought we would never get into a place to eat. Then we saw this place. It was great inside, the staff were very friendly and there was a very energized group of people there. We ordered beer and a pizza and when our beer was almost done, our waiter came back and said, "I apologize for the wait for your pizza your won't be charged for it!" We didn't think it was taking a long time! I don't get how much people complain on here about things. This place is great and I would go back again on my next trip to Ottawa!

I made a bottle service/booth reservation (more than two weeks in advance) to celebrate my birthday. As promised by the individual I reserved the booth through, the entry cover was waived for my friends and I, though we did have to wait in line. Upon nearing the area where the bottle service booths are situated, we began to sit down at one of three booths alongside a wall that allowed my group to face each other and more easily converse with one another. Each booth was empty because we were the first to arrive. Immediately, the bottle service server Jade inaudibly gestured for us to move away from this table and directed us towards a small corner table in a congested corner. I did not comprehend what she was saying and she did not at any point ask for my name. Given that we were a group of six and expecting more friends to arrive shortly, this booth did not allow us all to sit comfortably and socialize. Within seconds, an immense group of heavily intoxicated, obnoxious, and extremely loud males sat beside us in the essentially connected booth to our right. This had a negative impact on our experience as members of their group standing up surrounded us, making our area claustrophobic and unenjoyable. When we questioned our server Jade T. as to why we could not sit at one of the three booths we initially desired, she failed to provide us with a valid reason. She ultimately attempted to justify it by stating that certain groups specified that they wanted those tables; however, she never asked the name associated with our group and thus she would not know whether we were among the reservations that 'requested' one of these tables. She was quite hostile and rarely visited our table to ensure that we had everything we required. She simply demanded a piece of ID and credit card, reiterating the cost of the bottle and the obligatory 18% auto-gratuity. I previously worked as a server in the hospitality industry and would never treat anyone as poorly as she did. Knowing what to expect from a quality server, especially when paying over $200 for 'premium service' and an obscene mark-up on a normally $25 bottle of vodka, we were all highly disappointed and felt completely ripped off. In addition to this horrible service and unenjoyable experience, we noticed that the vodka tasted odd. A couple of us tried it as a shot and believed it tasted watered down/diluted. After being there for less than an hour, we wanted to leave. We could not finish the bottle and therefore poured the remaining vodka into a Red Bull can to take it home. We placed the can of vodka in our freezer and this morning realized that it was entirely frozen, confirming our suspicions that the bottle of vodka comprised a significant amount of water. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this corrupt establishment to anyone.

One of your bouncers didn't like the smoke smell on my shirt so he wouldn't let me in. I've never heard of anything so outrageous. I noticed he had a bullying attitude with other guests also. I will continue to give bad reviews about Junxion from now on.

Ottawa isn't the best for partying but if you are going to party here, party at Junxion. A bit older crowd, people dress a little nicer, right in the market, good music, tons of girls. The guy we posted previously also probably loved it before he had a bad experience but I am friends with the guy who oversees security and he's a solid guy. Stuff happens. Go to Junxion if you want to have fun. Going there Saturday..and maybe tonight.
