“Really funny, would recommend if you’re visiting Toronto for a holiday”

Visited here recently with 3 others for a Thursday comedy night show. We really enjoyed it- all comedians were funny and they also sold Somersby cider which was great as it’s hard to find cider in most places abroad! Would recommend people booking this if their in Toronto and need something to do in the evening!

We visited yuk yuks a couple of weeks after reopening due to covid, so they did their best and the comedians were funny, but was definitely different due to only about 25 people in the audience. Bar service was good and the layout was the usual comedy set up (except altered due to Covid) Yuk Yuks is always a great time, so I would completely recommend to visit here always!

My guy and I went for an evening out - venue was good - not so big that you can’t hear due to background noise. The comedians were great! The food, however, was atrocious. I ordered the beef dip sandwich, which apparently didn’t come with au jus for dipping. The roll was so hard that I couldn’t get my teeth through it, nor a knife and fork. Not exaggerating! I could *not* get through that bun!
Pizza wasn’t great - super dry and tasteless crust.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for the comedy - but will make sure we grab dinner elsewhere first!

Fun Evening

I recently attended Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club and enjoyed a great evening, the comedian's were all funny and entertaining. The table service was also very good. A great night out. I will go back!

First and Last Ladies Night Out at Yuk Yuk's on Elgin Street

Whatever you do, do NOT walk in there joking and laughing with your friends, as you will be automatically targeted by the owner as being “troublesome”, after which you will get numerous visits from the bouncer asking you not to engage or get rowdy ( which, by the way, we were stone faced because the MC was so terrible) to the point where, after constant harassment, we were forced to walk out before the main act came on. 🤔 Duh, we will NOT be going there again..... Thanks Howard for the poor hospitality 👎🏽

A small venue that puts you really close to the stage,the beer is cold,the food hot,prices not bad,wait staff quick and friendly.It can get warm if the room is full.We saw Jeremy Hotz,a laugh riot was had by the full house.A great place to see comedy..Even bad comedy is good here.

Awesome night

I was gifted 4 tickets from Dylan Black and Yuk Yuks Ottawa.
What an awesome show!!! It was the beginning of Greek week so there were two Greek comedians and on from Ottawa.
I would highly recommend this place. Service was great. We were greeted with enthusiasm. Overall very pleasant experience. Looking forward to going back.

Night full of laughs!

Small Venue equals not a bad seat in the house...Bartenders and waitresses were on point! Fast, ninja like service for drinks and food, all while show was happening. We walked a few blocks down Elgin from our hotel, residence inn, Ottawa. Wish we lived here so that we could go to more shows at Yuk Yuks!

Hilarious, cried laughing. We went for an improv night which I haven’t seen much of but it was really well done.

Good selection of drinks and had a cozy vibe
