Xtreme Trampoline Park is just 25 minutes away from Lincoln Fields/Bayshore. Location is not central - it's in a commercial/business park area in Kanata with lots of free parking.
It's a place for kids and adults of all ages. My first impression was pretty good, having been to other similar facilities. I liked it from the beginning to the end. It's a little different than other trampoline parks, but similar concept. They have activities/courts that other similar facilities don't have. Trampoline jumping is quickly becoming an alternative way to exercise. Be prepared to sweat, dress comfortably. There are lockers, if you want to bring a change of clothes.
You pay for a time slot and your cost depends on how long you want to jump for. Everyone must fill out a waiver at the first visit. There are three computer stations, only one was working during. Not good especially when you are trying to make it for a particular time slot. Your admission cost includes a special pair of socks which you keep for your next visit.
Admission gives you access to all the various courts - main court open jump, dodgeball court for a scheduled game of non-competitive/casual dodgeball game, foam pit for ages 4 and under, cage ball, crash pit for the older children and grown ups.
I learned that they do clean the foam pit - they remove all the foams, vacuum and sanitize.
During our visit there was not enough staff monitoring the various courts. I witnessed one staff member monitoring two different courts - saw her walking back and forth between courts. The Slam Jam court (basketball) was not being monitored. This court needs supervision to ensure guests take turns and that no one gets hurt.
I noticed Kids & adults jump together. My concern is the bigger/older jumpers could knock down the little jumpers. I witnessed two accidents during our visit where ice pak was required.
Xtreme Trampoline Park sells snack foods, energy bars, candy bars, cold beverages, slushies, pizza, sometimes hot dog.
There are tables and chairs and sofas in the cafe, free wi-fi.
I really appreciated having benches throughout for sitting - near the various courts.
Trampoline jumping is my son's favourite pastime - he enjoyed himself to the extreme, so we will definitely be back.

Good for all ages... Took my daughter, her friend and my older son, and we all spent an energetic 30 minutes jumping all over the place. It's great to be doing something that is active and fun in a big open place. Go on-line first and get your waivers over with -- and you can also buy your ticket on-line which saves time on busy days. About 14$ for 30 minutes including tax, and actually that was enough.

Very nice and clean place lots to do. But I personally found the rules over the top. I understand rules are to keep us safe. I just found them to be a little much. Like why can’t I wear my hat while watching my kids. Fairly expensive too.

I brought the kids for a family activity and they LOVED it! I loved it because when we got home they were so exhausted they went to bed early. Win Win.

Checked this place out on a groupon and it was great fun. We went on a Tuesday and it wasn't very busy. Good exercise and a variety of activities. A bit expensive for a family of six, but overall good value.

I've been to this park a few times, back from when my son was around a year old to two and-and-half. It's a very busy place, especially on a rainy day, so don't expect to just show up and walk in.
They operate on a time-based system, so you might need to wait 5 minutes, or an hour.
The great thing for young kids is that they have a separate area for them, which isn't accessible for older kids - it has a few small trampolines, as well as a foam pit which my son loved.
Highly recommend it for young kids - never went into the older kids area!

I've taken my kids here a few times. I've even done some jumping. It's a lot of fun. Facility is always clean and well-staffed. They have lots of different areas, lots of places to sit and even a little snack bar with pizza, hot dogs, slushies, etc.

Lots of fun for people young and old. Great workout and the kids love it! And they have slushies for a great price! My husband, step-son, his friend and my 4 year old nephew jumper for an hour. They can't get enough!

Absolutely Sandra! And thanks for the question. Anybody who's able to bounce will have something fun to do at the park. We have a special area separate from the common areas just for kids ages 4 and under.
