The Bushplane Heratige Center is located on the waterfront in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. 50 Pim St, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario P6A 3G4, Canada. They have several float planes on exhibit. Visitors can view them, touch them and look inside. Kids and adults will like the up close approach. There are videos and if I remember correctly simulators. The mooring... More

Unlike most museums, you can touch many of the exhibits here, and go inside a good number of the aircraft. Kids will love that, and if you like aviation you will appreciate the planes here that helped build Canada's north. They also have modern interactive experiences / movie shorts that are worth sitting through. I will re-visit this place for... More

We had amazing time with a 2 year old! He was in awe the whole time! It was spacious and easy to get around. Lots of things to see and do, touch and explore. The rebuilding team was very informative. We spent 2 hours running around, exploring and learning about lift and the challenges of developing and travelling the north.... More

The Wildfires film was very interesting, definitely need to watch it when there. One gentleman that was working on a plane took... More

It is the story of the bushplane aviation. It has activities for both young and adults. Instructive films very well made and easy to understand. A place that you should visit if you are in the area.

The Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre is a must for aviation enthusiasts. Well laid out, with many hands on activities for both young and old, this museum was a pleasure to visit. Films were easy to understand and many persons had grandchildren with them and the youngsters were spell bound. Easy to get to, with lots of parking , it was... More
