What a find. Gorgeous setting, tons of fire pits with Adirondack chairs, sculpture garden, bakery and outdoor bistro. LOVED this location. Did a tasting and loved all but one. Bought a case of the Pinot Grigio Reserve. Will come back here for events and to bring out of towners. Course the winter blue sky day was a plus and the wine tasting server was knowledgeable, entertaining and provided great service.

I have always enjoyed 13th Street, however since they put in their new outdoor kitchen, for some reason they have less variety and no real plant based options. They did not even put in a pizza oven. Their only overall improvement in food is a new coffee maker. I used to go for lunch there a lot, now I never go. It’s a very nice setting, great bakery and coffee, but their lunch menu is very sparse and just not worth it. Other local wineries also have a nice setting and a way better menu. It’s like others are trying to attract customers and 13th is just sitting back thinking people will come. I won’t and I suspect others won’t as I heard similar comments from people who were just drinking wine.

With the discovery pass we visited 13th street vineyards. What a pleasant surprise it's a vinery, art gallery, bakery and eatery. With the discovery pass enjoyed the btl mircogreens and wine sampler. The grounds are vast and well laid out. Lots of seating, and different types of seating even live entertainment. Never heard of the vineyards before so the bakery was a surprise especially the butter tarts , the best I have ever had. The peach jam also to die for. Will be visiting again.

This is a must when visiting Niagara Falls or Niagara on the lake and well worth the extra 15 minute drive. This is a unique experience combing the arts with food and wine. The grounds were decorated with art sculptures and everything was light and open. The smells from the food was mouth watering and sadly we were not hungry when we stopped but will amend that on our next visit. I wanted to visit the bake shop as the reviews stated this a must but I knew if I did, I would have wanted to try everything.
We loved the experience with the tasting and learning about the wines. The art gallery was great…loved reading about the artist and was so touched by Walter Redinger’s story. It’s one thing to appreciate art but understanding the artist and from where they draw their inspiration just takes it to another level.
Oh and the people are so friendly too!

I was very recently at the Handmade Market at 13th Street Winery with some friends. We were all excited about buying some of the famous 13th Street Winery baked goods before we headed home to the falls. To be totally honest, my own homemade butter tarts are far superior. The small butter tarts from the winery were sparsely filled and the crust was rather greasy. The supply for baked goods sales was being replenished quite often during the day so perhaps quantity was more important than quality that day? Not too sure but I wont be rushing back to purchase again too soon. 3.25 a piece was a pretty steep price to pay for what you got as well.
