Canada Day 2019

Had a great night on Canada Day (Sat) weekend. Couldn't beat the price as they had half price tickets and I bought them online. Good laughs, drinks and a fun time. Definitely worth checking out. Will be going back as I like to support local comedians trying to make it in a very tough business. They did ask the audience for donations for a local children's charity (sports I think) and gave us 4 free tickets to a future performance stamped a month from the day of our evening. Good deal.

The venue was pretty full on a Thursday night. Doors open at 7 for an 8 pm start. No need to show up for 7 for general seating. We arrived around 7:30 and place was pretty empty. Most showed up close to 8 and program got underway after 8. Some comics were funny and others were either lacking in skill or their content was strung together with too much swearing and inappropriate language even for a comics. We enjoy comedy. Would come again. Fortunately the laughs from the good comics shone through. The venue has bar service and some food, we did not have any so cannot report on options. The host who may also be the manager or owner is a good asset as he is upbeat and keeps the program moving along. A comic himself.

Always a good time

I've been to this comedy club 4 times now and they never let us down. Obviously some acts are better than others but everyone we've seen has been great. Drink prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend for a night out with friends.

Terrific Fundraising Opportunity

Showtime Comedy & Entertainment is not only a wonderful spot to go out and laugh with friends and family, but also a terrific supporter of their local community! In January 2017, Showtime hosted a fundraiser in support of Autism Ontario – Niagara Region Chapter, and it was a tremendous success!

Our guests loved the extensive line-up of hilarious comedians that had been arranged, and the staff at the venue were terrific and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. By the end of the night people were in tears and were complaining of sore faces from laughing so hard!

The individuals running the show, and performing in it, are hilariously talented and genuinely kind-hearted, and our Chapter is so grateful for their support! I would recommend Showtime to other groups and organizations looking for a unique and entertaining fundraising idea. We are looking forward to working with Showtime Comedy & Entertainment again in the future!

Great New Years Eve Night

What a way to spend New Years Eve, laughing our butts. Had a great evening in the new St. Catharines comedy club. A great turn out and glad our group of six went. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the price was right at $20 for the two hour show!

Thanks guys for opening up this new club in St. Catharines. We will definately be back in the near future to see another show.

Fantastic evening

Enjoyed a great evening with my friend at the comedy club lastnight. Definitely will be going back. When we arrived we were the only ones there, we grabbed a drink and we were a little nervous about the show. Eventually more people showed up, not many but regardless we still had a great time!
Sandra Battaglini was absolutely hilarious! Staff was all very friendly, our waitress was always coming around to ask if we needed drinks. They also gave everyone a free shot that night.
We definitely had a great time. It's about time something different came in to this city.
And because we filled out a comment card we got free tickets to come back!
Can't wait! I hope this place does well. Best of luck
