I work for the Lakehead Student Union, and this winter Rhonda led a series of five cooking classes on campus for students. In total, more than forty students participated in these classes, and all the feedback we received about Rhonda's classes was full of praise for her interesting, healthy, and instructional classes. Student comments include: "Every bite was delicious", "10/10 worth it", "delicious", "Rhonda's food is a revelation", "I've learned so much" and "SO good".

We were a group of 8, enjoying delicious food, gluten free, and good company. We learned techniques, watched skillful preparations, and tasted scrumptious dishes. And to our delight, we had to start with dessert prep first! An added bonus is that you go home with the recipes from your dinner, and now you know how to prepare them all. Rhonda prepares everything in front of you, so nothing is so complicated that you think.... I can't do that, you have learned how as you sat around that great kitchen counter.

This is the second time my husband and I have enjoyed an evening at A Fine Fit Catering with friends. Both times the gluten free options were fantastic and the meals were delicious! Rhonda creates a fun and relaxed environment and everyone leaves smiling and very full! Plus you learn some handy cooking tips and recipes. Highly recommend for a night out with friends or even as a couple. Jennifer Labine

Last night we did a cooking class with Rhonda. She customized the menu to suite our preferences and the occasion. Everything was delicious and it was so nice to watch as everything was prepared. It was the start to a perfect girls night out. Thank you for a great night Rhonda!

I signed up with a group of friends (there were about 8 of us) - and I had never heard of A Fine Fit before this so I had no idea what to expect. But it was awesome! We received little booklets with the recipes we were going to make (spanakopita and pavlova were just a couple of the things we learned that night) and sat around the counter and watched Rhonda demonstrate how to make the recipes. Since we were a pretty big group we took turns making the food rather than each making a batch (and end up with way too much). I felt comfortable during the class, and the atmosphere was perfect for hanging out with friends and eating great food - while learning of course!

I have attended more than one of Rhonda's classes and both times have been excellent. The food is always delicious and I feel prepared to be able to bring some new skills and recipes home to my family!

TEN of us..my girlfriends, daughter, my daughter-in-law, her mom, my sister-in- law...booked a cooking class for my 60th birthday. It was totally a HIT😂. We had SO MUCH FUN. Rhonda is an amazing HOST, CHEF and TEACHER all in one package. The food was AMAZING ❤. You WON'T be disappointed. Her classes book up in hours. Grab some friends and book a whole class together. BEST NIGHT OUT I'VE HAD IN YEARS RHONDA!! THANK-YOU!!

Do yourself a favour and book A Fine Fit when you need an event catered! Rhonda's food is simply delicious, perfectly executed, and her personality is just as memorable as the meal. She's so sensitive to dietary needs and preferences as well. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with A Fine Fit. Oh, and you also NEED to experience one of her cooking classes. It's a fantastic date night or gift to someone in your life who appreciates food and learning how to prepare one stellar meal!

I took part in A Fine Fit cooking class with a group of friends and loved it. We had a clean eating menu and I was able to eat everything! It was all so delicious, and I was so excited to take the recipes home to try myself. Rhonda is so lovely, it was a treat to watch and learn new things, and to be in her joyful presence. Our class was also a time for our group to conduct a meeting together, so we had a few small chunks of time to discuss business while we waited for the next delicious course. Everything worked out so well, I would love to do our meetings like this again in the future. Thank you, Rhonda!

I visited A Fine Fit Catering with a group of friends, once as a surprise bday treat and once for a Valentine's meal. Both visits were excellent. Excellent food, company and having the chef explain the recipes and giving you suggestions and then eating the food right away was a really cool experience. Rhonda is so friendly and we all had a fun and left full!!
