I booked a cellulite treatment for one of the areas offered, which on their website says, abdomen, buttocks, thighs and arms. I chose thighs. When I went for my service, I was told I could get the front, the inside of my thighs OR the back of my thighs done for $191 but not my whole thighs. I refused the partial service as described on the website and the Spa Director asked me into her office. It was was filthy, and there was a grossly stained upholstered bench that she asked me to sit on and of course I refused that too. I walked out wasting $4 parking and totally annoyed at people trying to scam with misleading wording on their website.

Enjoyed spending quality time for the afternoon with my future daughter in law. Spa was disappointing and not the experience I was looking for. Not worth the cost and, aside from the massage of hands and feet during the mani pedi, could have gotten the same result in a walk in shop on Bloor Street. Was expecting more of a spa experience for $320 for two mani pedis including tax and tips

My cousin and I went for pedicures to celebrate my retirement.
The spa Director, Christina, made sure we had an excellent experience. The spa itself was lovey - very clean and elegant. The two estheticians, Agnes and Annette, were very pleasant and provided us with very professional service including a relaxing foot and lower leg massages.
Would definitely recommend.

The best experience ever! I booked a package that included two massage sessions for my mother. It was a special day as was my mom's birthday and the first time she visited a Spa. She loved the special treatment she received. The experience was beyond her expectations. My mother even fell asleep during the session. Highly recommended!

I had a Groupon for a spa package that I paid C$135 for, it included the facial, a lip treatment, take home samples and a Latte. This package was actually more than just the facial which was C$118 so I was guessing it would be a bit more relaxing. Unfortunately, the facial was brisk and when it came time to put the moisturizer on my face the technician just slathered it on making it go up my nose, it felt a lot like I was being smothered and found myself holding my breath most of the time. I did get a 25% discount on the products I liked which was nice, but the products in my take-home kit were something the technician told me not to use on my skin type so now I have a bunch of stuff I shouldn't even use. My skin did feel great after the facial, but I was far more stressed than when I came into the spa. If you want something relaxing I would check out some of the other places in the area or even in the city.

My friend and I stayed at the Old Mill overnight and had spa treatments booked for the next day. I had a Swedish massage with Krystina (sp?) and then a Rosemary Mint Pedicure and Lavender Manicure with Agnes. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and the staff friendly/welcoming. Agnes told me she loved working at the Old Mill, that staff were treated with respect.
My friend did the Hot Stone Massage and the French Pear & Chocolate Dip, and told me she loved everything (she also apparently fell asleep during one of the treatments; she was that relaxed!).
After our treatments, we did the Afternoon Tea. Beautifully presented and delicious! The chef came out afterward - so sweet and friendly. I was also impressed that a portion of the proceeds from Old Mill Toronto's Afternoon Tea is annually donated to the Women's Habitat charity.
Our rooms (I was in 502, my friend in 501) were beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view, much bigger than we expected. Only a few comments re: possible small improvements including improving the in-room audio system (cassette tape/CD player but no in-room tapes or CDs, outdated iHome that only accommodates older devices) and making sure the Where magazine is up-to-date - my room's issue were all for events that had already passed. I also notice that my curtain was starting to wear through a bit, with tiny holes that let sunlight through in the morning.
Both my friend and I had a wonderful and relaxing time, and we hope to come back again sometime.

Walked into a gorgeous establishment, went to my room, and the whole suite was beyond my expectations..large king bed, living room with fireplace, large jacuzzi tub...it really was nice...then, I leave for the day, return that evening....only to see my room looked terrible...nothing was done, except chocolates on the bed. The bed was not made up, the coffee I accidentally spilt on the towel was still there, garbage not emptied..NOTHING ! I was very appalled...especially for the amount of money I paid!!!
The breakfast restaurant was great, and staff there were wonderful...but experiencing this unmade room, really turned me off! I am an avid traveller, and have never had such an experience like this ever!!! I would not return to this place...I received no apology or explanation when I talked to management.....not very professional at all!

I received a gift certificate for a massage and mani/pedi at the spa over two years ago. I completely forgot about it until about a month ago and decided to treat myself to a pre-birthday treat. I was somewhat sceptical having been to many spas around the world and found many to be overpriced and mediocre.
Well! I had an unexpectedly wonderful day. From the moment I walked in and was greeted at reception until I left several hours later I had a blissful time. The quiet room is so relaxing with infused water and a great selection of herbal teas. The music throughout the spa was beautiful.
My massage with Bree was among the best I’ve ever had, and I go for a lot of massages. She was professional yet friendly and was perfectly responsive to the areas that needed work.
I then had a mani/pedi with Antoinetta. Could there possibly be a nicer person? She did a great job on my nails and made me feel like an absolute pampered princess.
On the day of my spa visit I was not feeling great. They both took such good care of me, bringing me tea and making sure I was warm enough.
I had a wonderful day and cant wait to go back. Thank you thank you!

Thank you for sharing your spa experience with us, we are very happy that you really enjoyed your day and that we were able to take such good care of you. Bree is a wonderful massage therapist and we will be sure to pass along your praise. Antoinetta is fabulous with manicures and pedicures and has a knack for making you feel like a princess, we will pass along your comments.
It's wonderful that you remembered your spa gift card and choose to use it on a day you very much needed to be pampered. We look forward to your return visit.

My wife arranged a couples massage for my birthday and it was an excellent experience. We have been coming to the Old Mill Spa for massages for years and most of the time the experience has been very good but this time the experience was excellent.
From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the staff to the massages the whole experience was excellent.
My massage therapist was Christina and she asked me beforehand of any issues I had and I was able to tell her to please focus on my back, shoulders and neck and be careful of my left knee which was injured many years ago from playing hockey. She also did a great scalp massage at the end too. Best massage I've had in years!
My wife had Belinda look after her and did an excellent job too.
We will be back in a few months for my wife's birthday too. Thanks Old Mill Spa!

Great technique by RMTs. Clean and calm premises. Light complimentary refreshments. Especially liked the cold fruit infused, sparkling and bottled water available while waiting.
