It was great reconnecting with simple creatures, flowers and grass. We are so thankful for the history that Allen has reminded us of - simply amazing what creations do for our planet.

Alan is knowledgeable and engaging. Our group ranged in age from children to grandparents, and people's ancestry covered five of the seven continents. Alan connected with each person. I learned so much and had a fantastic time. Chi Miigwetch!

I volunteered with my daughters' school recently on a school trip. With all due respect, I found the information that this gentleman dispensed to very vague. (I found the same passages on Google that we heard on the tour). I found that the information he presented in the first hour to be stretched out and not too informative. Im on the parent teacher association and Im afraid I don't think this was worth the money we spent. It was more of a glorified walk in the park. I don't think I would ever recommend. It was way over priced for the little knowledge we received.

Alan is a knowledgeable guide who widened my perspective about the social, economic, and political issues centered on Toronto’s river waters. The trip to the Humber River with my classmates was an excelled learning experience and taught us a lot of the cultural heritage and history of Toronto's water.
