This is a great place to see a concert, for which it was designed. It is also a great venue for a movie during the Toronto Film Festival although there are much better cinemas out there. This building was designed to replace Massey Hall but...More

I watched Toronto Symphony Orchestra in this hall several times. The orchestra is fantastic but the acoustics do not help them at all! It is just like the Avery Fisher Hall in NYC where you have to find your spot to be able to enjoy...More

I've seen many acts here, from the Canadian Brass, to Peter Paul and Mary, to the Smothers Brothers, to Tony Bennett (yikes! I've just given away my demographic!). Never had a bad seat, acoustics are incomparable, and the entire facility is just top rate.

Exceptional entertainment, Roy Thomson Hall has outstanding acoustics. Not a bad seat in the house. Has a very intimate feel.

Took in a Christmas show. The Hall is grand, sound is great and lots of parking around the area. Lots of super shows and concerts are held here

I have been for a couple of different live performances, one was Lang Lang. Not a bad seat in the house. The sound is amazing. There is no bad echo. Located downtown Toronto on King St.

When this striking piece of architecture was first opened to the public, it received rave reports -----until the music started. It was such an improvement upon the Massey Hall, Toronto's previous musical slum, and so pleasing to the eye, that everyone forgot it was to...More

I just saw Deepak Chopra speak here the other night- I think I have been here once before for a TIFF event as well. I am not sure how I feel about this venue. It's beautiful, don't get me wrong and the location is fantastic...More
