Many of the houses on some streets have been converted to fraternity/sorority houses. Some yards are rather unkempt while others still maintain their century charm. It is a quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful collection of older houses and buildings. Friendly feeling neighbourhood just down the room from Bloor Street and shopping. Nice little cafes also.

There are some pretty houses here and a few nice cafes, restaurants and bookshops. It is nicer to stay on the side streets.
