Nice on a beautiful day

We went down here on a beautiful day and it was packed with people. It is a nice spot to walk around. There are places to eat or check out the brewery.

The pier is a great place for a relaxing walk to relax or to take in the views of the quay, boats, airport, and the city. The pier is a great relaxing way to spend an hour of more.

Great to walk around although its a typical pier on Torontos water front. Lots to see including boats, planes taking off and landing over the water and lots of bars and restaurants which are ideal for people watching.

Had a nice time walking the Pier, you you can't just walk the Pier. You have to continue on in either direction. We looked at some ships, watched planes landing, saw birds, geese, and talked to some nice people.

Nice area at waterfront. Free. Easily walkable. Pet friendly area. Seems to be popular with the locals. Some interesting art around the area.

Friendly young ait staff greeted everyone with a smile and a welcome and got them seated promptly. Good selection of food and beer to choose from and our choice was really excellent.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
