Just had my third visit to the Guerlain Spa at Hotel X, and it was just as wonderful as the last! I just love visiting the Guerlain Spa, they make each client feel like the Duchess of Cambridge. When you book make sure you request Erica. She is just the best and so knowledgeable on Guerlain products and how to look fabulous!

I am fortunate to get regular massages with Shana and she is amazing. She reviews my chart before each appointment and plans our sessions accordingly. She is also always ready for a challenge like during my last appointment when I had new injuries to treat. As a physician, I appreciate her knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body and her recommendations to prevent injuries.
The spa is also beautiful and luxurious with steam room available pre/post treatment, refreshments and wonderful staff.
I always feel very relaxed when I leave and Shana's massages help me avoid chronic injuries. Thank you!

Everything about the experience was exceptional! My bestie treated me to a spa afternoon at Guerlain Spa and I received the Honey Repair Treatment. I can’t thank her enough!! The spa is beautiful and the staff are professional and welcoming. The facial offered a perfect combination of relaxation and hydration. My skin was glowing afterwards - it felt like the last couple of cold winter months causing dry skin and redness had been eliminated & replenished; days after I am still reaping the benefits. Highly recommend this spa and treatment! Looking forward to booking another service with them!

The experience that I had was absolutely perfect. The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. I had a 60 minute massage by Julie and she knew exactly what she was doing. She was very sweet, polite and checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was good. I feel so relaxed and I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you!!!

Had a beautiful massage by Shanna. It was a sports therapy massage for 90 minutes. Total luxury !
Shana was very professional, and managed to get rid of all my hidden knots!

Amazing experience. I had the 90 minute signature massage with hot stones by Julie. It was by far the most comprehensive full body massage I’ve gotten at any of the major Toronto spas (e.g. includes a stomach massage which I haven’t had done before). The scents to choose from are all great and beds are very comfortable. After the service they have amazing macarons to enjoy in their lounge chairs. The only negative I can think of is the size of the change rooms. Compared to other spas I’ve been to they are quite small but didn’t matter much to me.

We value your opinion and your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with your visit to our Spa.
Our aim is to provide a comfortable and pleasant place to relax, and we sincerely apologize that our shower facility was not hot instantly and took a little while to warm up due to the unique storm we were experiencing. While it is great you loved your treatment, we truly hope you will give us another chance so you can receive the kind of excellent experience we are known for.

My husband and I keep coming to see Julie and Shana for RMT treatments. And we simply have one word to describe the experience: amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing!!!! The treatments are fabulous, Julie and Shana are very professional, the spa is gorgeous, and the lounge service with prosecco (or a choice of tea) and something sweet (macaroon, or cream eclair, or a tiny muffin) is just a perfect finish to this amazing experience. We drive almost 100 km from Grimsby to Toronto for this indulgence. And let's not forget the spa front desk team, and spa attendants who take us from the reception area; everyone is just very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend this spa.
