Really friendly welcome and direction. Loved how intimate the theatre is and the interaction with the players. We saw Rocky Horror and the production was good and the actors were entertaining, fun and interactive. Overall, a solid experience and a great evening.
Small venue right in the middle of the Ossington strip. We saw their production of The Producers during our visit and enjoyed it very much. Actors were amazing and the sets were done surprisingly good for a such a small venue. Gender-neutral bathrooms are nice...More
Really enjoyed our night at the theatre, a very small compact theatre only seats for about 100. The production itself was fabulous, my 3 teenagers weren’t too keen on attending the show but as I’d prebooked they went and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Today we went to see Willy Wonka musical in Lower Ossington theatre.
We like the performance very much, we can rate 5 star the show it self, but the theatre itself do not deserve even a single star. Why?

I discovered this gem by accident and loved it. Very different from the big theater productions, but just as enjoyable. Very personal, close-up experience and the actors are just so talented. The price is right too. Here you can go 2, 3 times a year and...More
The show itself was fantastic! It was better than some Mirvish shows I've seen.
We sat in the front row, and I would definitely recommend that for small kids.
The show was about 2 hours and 15 minutes, including the intermission.

The theatre is a little out of the downtown. It’s a small theatre with nowhere to sit while waiting to be admitted to the theatre. The concession stand is small but serves a good variety of snacks. They are cash only though. The show was...More
Watched this act on Sat April 7, 2018 and loved it. The cast was so energetic throughout the over 90 minutes of the show. I loved the size of the theatre and the location is also good. I was a little uncomfortable with the gender...More
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
