About Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tours
Experience the beauty of Niagara Falls with one of Toronto's most popular tours. Your day begins with free pick up from Downtown Toronto. We depart from Toronto early to avoid traffic and to arrive early in Niagara Falls before it gets crowded. Travel with a small group for a more intimate experience with your local tour guide. Arrive in Niagara Falls around 9am where you will have 3-hours of free time to see the waterfalls and participate in activities like a boat ride. Next, we will go on a scenic drive (with some photo opportunities) across the Niagara Parkway and stop or drive through famous sights like the Niagara Whirlpool Rapids and other seasonal stops like the Floral Clock and Queenston Heights. The day ends with free wine tasting in the Niagara Wine Region, including the famous local icewine. Return to Toronto around 5:00-6:00 pm to your original location and make it back in time to enjoy dinner and an evening in Toronto.

FROM INITIAL ENQUIRY TO END OF TOUR IT WAS A BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE. DESPITE THE TIME DIFFERENCE UK / CANADA - WE ALWAYS GOT PROMPT ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTIONS WHICH WAS GREAT AND GAVE A GOOD SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND THAT WE WOULD BE DEALT WITH ON THE DAY VERY WELL. PICK-UP LOCATIONS WERE ACCURATE AND EASY TO FIND. OVERVIEW TALKS FROM THE DRIVER WERE HELPFUL AND WE WERE GIVEN ADEQUATE TIME AT EACH STOP. Niagara was amazing and a 'must do' if you are near Toronto. Some of teh other options were closed due to the time of year as was the Helicopter option - due to low cloud - but we had plenty of options to take photos. We had 1 1/2 hours in Niagara-by-the-Lake and EVERYONE on the bus enjoyed that place and plan to go back and stay there. The extent of WINE PRODUCTION in that area was amazing and the stop at the Ice Wine producers was very interesting and very TASTY!! WINERY gave a good wine tasting / description and we would say that the trip was the best part of our visit to Toronto. THANKS & WELL DONE.

We enjoyed our trip to the mighty Falls and our guide was pleasant and informative, however, more time should be allocated to the Falls. Two hours would not have been enough if the boat trip or 'behind the falls experience' had been open. We didn't go up the Skylon Tower either, as we weren't sure if we had time. Niagara on the Lake is a lovely town but 75 minutes there is probably too long and the stop at the winery is totally unnecessary. Out of 12 people on our trip no-one bought any wine - difficult if you are a tourist. If there is sufficient interest then just run a trip there, but I suspect not. All in all an enjoyable day and the Falls really are magnificent, but it could have been better.

Hi Nigel, Thanks for posting. Unfortunately almost everything in Niagara Falls is closed right now due to Covid-19. You were on the last tour we operated until this virus clears up. The closures were announced two days earlier, and we emailed everybody in advance so they were aware and could cancel their booking if they wanted. When there are activities to do in Niagara Falls and/or when the weather is better we spend double the time in Niagara Falls and there is plenty of time for the boat ride and other activities. I’m sure you can understand that during these unique and unfortunate circumstances we could not leave people stuck in Niagara Falls for too long when it’s cold outside and everything is closed. We spent extra time at Niagara-on-the-Lake as there were shops and restaurants still open. The icewine tasting is there to let guests try a local speciality wine, not for them to buy (although that’s an option). Every tour company includes wine tasting in their itinerary. It’s only a 20-25 minute stop and serves as a rest room break before the drive home. We have to stop for restrooms somewhere regardless, so it may as well be for a really neat wine tasting experience, as a way to end the day. This was one of the most popular parts of the tour in our surveys. I hope you’ll join the tour in a future trip to Niagara Falls - I’m sorry that the covid-19 outbreak derailed your experience. It’s certainly hurt our business as well. Stay safe!

The tour was great! My mom and I had a great time and we’d like to thank Salvatore for his advise on where to try an amazing gelato at Niagara on the lake! On this trip we were just 5 people so it was awesome. I’d certainly take this tour again in summertime. Thank you Queen tours!

Does this company even know the concept of tour ?! This program was not a tour at all, it just took us out of Toronto to the Niagara! They took us there and told us : we will back after two hours!! you can go and visit there by your self!!!!!!

Hi, I’d love to hear more about this if you want to email us with information? The tour includes commentary and the following stops or sights: Itinerary: • Niagara Falls, with Free time time to explore and for the optional Hornblower boat ride (summer) or Journey Behind the Falls/other activities (winter) • Niagara Whirlpool Rapids Observation Deck • Niagara Parkway scenic drive with landmarks along the way • Niagara-on-the-Lake • Wine tasting including icewine I understand you may have been upset because the weather was pretty bad on Tuesday so the free time may not have been as enjoyable. If there are concerns about the rest of the itinerary I’d love to hear about that, and you can definitely email us. Thank you!
