We have visited this place after landing in Toronto this year. This park is quite large and we had a little nice walk around (about 6 km). Tip: Make sure you visit the greenhouse, it should be opened during the regular hours.

Last time I was at this North Etobicoke park was a number of years to attend a stag which was held at one of the clubhouses. There was over 100 people here and the clubhouse was able to handle this large amount of people inside it. Lot's of parking outside as well. I was here to check out the walking... More

We live close to the park, we visit the greenhouse regularly. They change the flower setting based on the seasons, we strongly recommend to visit it during Christmas.

Great place to spend a little time. I visit this oasis several times a year. For sure during the annual Christmas display. 3 seperate areas - Cactus garden, permanent exibit of tropical flowers and plants and seasonal display area that is replanted several times a year. Great for photographers. Wonderful place on a cold, crisp, Winter's day. The birds, both... More

Actually composed of 3 small greenhouses, the place is very good for a few hours break in the winter - there are even a few exotic birds. There is a small parking just next to the Greenhouse (you should not park at the Centennial Park parking which is a bit far away.

It was very warm, as expected of botanical greenhouses. There is no admission fee. There are benches to take a rest or simply to enjoy the view. Location is well-kept and very clean. Plan on returning in the future. The cactus garden will be quite tempting for children who would want to touch the cacti and they are up front... More

I was surprised to learn about the Centennial Park Conservatory as I was already familiar with the Allan Gardens Conservatory via advertising. While walking up to the conservatory, I was admiring the cabbages in the outdoor garden when I realized something was moving. Initially I thought it was a duck but then realized it was a pheasant! A nice surprise.... More

I was looking for a place to take my 93 year old dad for a walk in winter, other than a shopping mall. The greenhouses are very nice but quite small. Only worth it if you are in the neighbourhood. Unfortunately we drove quite a distance. Even my Dad said "Is that it?" To add something to the trip, I... More

I stumbled across this attraction while driving through Toronto (avoiding rush hour traffic). There is an amazing collection of plants separated into garden rooms. The birds and the fish pond are a nice added touch. It is the perfect place to take a break from the city.

This is a great place to stop in while in the park. It's a nice tour around if it's rainy or you need a break from the sun. I'm not much of a gardener, so my kids always enjoy checking out the different plants!
