Good location and a lovely aquarium to walk around even as an adult.
Lovely idea of a moving walk way through some great areas, it really makes you slow down and appreciate the sealife.
It had been extemley busy with school trips though which makes it less enjoyable sadly.

My family has visited a lot of aquariums. Although far from being top tier, it is still a good one. I think the underwater tunnel with moving walkway is quite special. Great way to keep people moving but still enjoying the entire experience. Also have to say that I've been to a lot ray habitats that allow gentle touching, but this is the first one I've seen where some many of them were bobbing in the water wanting to be petted. My kids thought that was really neat.
I suppose the aquarium can be quite expensive compared to other attractions, but compared to other aquariums in Canada and the USA, I thought pricing was reasonable. Aquatic animals are not cheap to take care of, so one can't expect it to be cheap.

Pretty similar to other aquariums around the world, but it’s a nice activity while bad weather or so. As we had rain, we decided to visit this place.

It was a good place but a lot of money for 4 people. The gift shop was very expensive. But it was mostly worth the visit. Some of the species at the aquarium were cool, but some were average. But mostly worth it.

The aquarium was a good experience overall, however it was very expensive for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Some of the species have very small tanks and it’s sad to watch them just go round and round in circles. Food and drinks were very expensive so prepare to spend if you want to eat and drink there. Shops are nice but there again overpriced items.

This was a great experience. We are both retired. We spent over 2 and a half hours looking at the displays. This is a great place for children and families. We will take our grand children the next time.. We saw the glass being cleaned inside and out, as well as a diver in the shark tank. The hands on area with the RAYS is a great finishing point.

Very nice. I’m a shark researcher and I used to work at another aquarium. Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is fabulous… well worth the visit, especially on a slow day (if that ever happens). Will return.

Be aware, given the chance, they will oversell tickets and it will be a very unpleasant experience. If you have small children, your entire time will be spent trying not to lose them in the crowds. The ventilation was obviously not keeping up with the number of people present making it hot and muggy. Lots of lineups. Would probably be best to go late at night to avoid the crowds.

Love visiting here! Lots to see, do and learn! Our favourite is watching for the sea turtles in Dangerous Lagoon.

Can you redeem a gift card online? I would like to use a gift card towards the purchase of tickets but they say to pre-purchase online but gift cards are only redeemable in person? This makes no sense to me.

We only have time for ONE activity - it is between this (Ripley's Aquarium) and Toronto Island Park. Traveling with our 13 and 17 year olds. First time to TO. Which should we choose? Oh, coming in October so still during COVID restrictions. Help me choose???

Coupon/discounts out there for an October trip? Best I've found is AttractionsOntario - 10% off printable coupon. Anyone know what the Entertainment Book coupon is? I can see it listed but don't know what offer it is!
