Gooderham building is definitely one of those structures which gives character to a city die to both its shape and history. Located ar downtown Toronto, it's one of the early building which was an important centre of administration. Though the interior is not accessible, one could admire the exterior façade. Don't forget to see the back of the building which has gone through a facelift. …

It is worth stopping here to enjoy the history of the area and take a photo. The current flatiron building was built in the 1890s to replace the old 1830s Coffin Block Building. The New York version was built over 10 years later. You can look at an old picture of the area on Wikipedia to see how much things have changed which is pretty cool. If you need a break from shopping and sightseeing there is a nice place to grab a bite there as well.…

The Gooderham building is a heritage structure built in 1892 of red brick, with attractive arched windows and a copper roof in a unique pie shape due to the confluence of Wellington and Front streets. Built as the headquarters for the Gooderham family distillery business, it now serves as office space and downstairs houses the The Flatiron & Firkin pub. Looking from the front of the building, you get the old and the new with a great view of new Toronto and it's skyline. The wide end of the building backs up to quirky Berczy Park and has an impressive murial of windows that seem to be flutterting in the wind.…
