As a season subscriber, I enjoy the diversity of the productions at the Tarragon theatre. Remember Me was a great play with R.H. Thomson and Nancy Palk. worth watching while at this venue.

We came to this theater (theatre) to watch the play Yaga after having dinner at Chadwicks. It is a perfect size for the play that we watched. The acoustics were very good and the actors were perfect.

This theater has a small bar if you care to order drinks. The cost is equivalent to other theaters that I've visited. There is also enough bathrooms for the ladies during intermission (always a concern!) Photos and recording are not allowed during the shows and the audience is requested to either mute or shut off their phones. This is not abnormal.

There is parking across the street and at least two restaurants within walking distance. I also appreciated the fact that the producer recognized the fact that the theater sits on lands of the indigenous people.

Don't get me wrong I love Mirvish productions but we saw Seana McKenna in Yaga and it was better than The Band's Visit we had seen the night before with Mirvish. The seats are very comfortable - they offer a student rate and the tickets in general are very well priced. There is a bar with great drinks and wonderful snack for intermission - parking directly across the street and the theatre is well kept and nicely equipped. We will likely see one more play and then consider a subscription which I understand starts at $185 for 9 plays. Highly recommend this place.

We saw Archambault's play You Will Remember Me last night and were blown away. The subject matter is deeply affecting, and the performances are superb. R.H. Thomson is outstanding as the aging and ailing professor, but the other four actors are also excellent. The script has been very well translated from the original French-Canadian. I cannot recommend this play too highly.

Saw Sextet yesterday. Nice show. 90 minutes no intermission! Fantastic delivery of dialogue. Impeccable timing. Very good acting.
The theatre itself is very nice. Small, cozy, comfortable.
Parking is free on the side streets. 5 $ flat rate during the w/e.
Lovely seniors who act as volunteers. You are the best!
Will visit again. Highly recommend visiting this theatre. A hidden gem.

Just saw this play last night and it was excellent. The acting was superb and at one point they bring the lights up and allow the audience to participate in the debate. People were right into the argument and quite indignant about the actor's differing positions. Great fun and very interesting. An excellent evening out.

I have been a life long philosophy student and was disturbed at the consistent presentation of plays that were based on idealism. Plays that tried to project onto the world how idealists think the world should be. I saw one play by an empiricist who had the perception to see how the world actually is. That was Courageous by Michael Healey. The Tarragon then didn't present Healey's next play, Proud.
Good Art should be philosophically perceptive. The Tarragon lacks the perception of epistemology to evolve from idealism to empiricism. Their plays typically indulge in the most common ideals, such as romantic primitivism. They are stuck in the narrow view of political correctness. If you want to see perceptive plays, look elsewhere.

What a nice old, intimate theatre. Audience surrounds the stage with all seats having a great view. Comfortable seating with lots of leg room. Wonderful, off-broadway style productions.
Only complaint is the air is stuffy; needs more circulation.

Small and always great plays. Easy parking on the side streets.
Every year they put together a great group of performances. Comfortable seating and easy access by subway or streetcar.
