Best part...centrally located.

Royal Woodbine is located near the airport - actually right under the flight path of the jets. It's not a bad track for someplace that looks like it was originally a flood... read more

Constant sound of engines from what seemed every plane leaving the airport. Really interesting for the first few and then it was just deafening. There is a putting green. No driving range. Crazy expensive for this type of course. 2pm-3pm fee was $91.50 plus cart fee of $7.50 If you park in the further part of the parking lot they... More

Many good and not so good aspects to this course. Probably the best public course to the west of Toronto within easy reach of the downtown or Etobicoke - but constant plane traffic at low level. Well kept and with a variety of holes but can be daunting and frustrating for the medium/high handicapper due to the many tight holes,... More

FIRST time playing the course during the week, there was a tournament.First issue,Royal Woodbine does NOT let you pick up your clubs from your car,or drop them off at YOUR car using their cart.If driving a cart to your car is what you want to do,and can do at other courses,Royal Woodbine will not be accessible, nor convenient. This isn't a course that... The special attracted me back after 16 years. Still a shotmakers course. Keep it straight, don't gamble and you will score well. Well maintained, good to play in summer holidays when fewer corporate clients. Won't be as long next time

Played yesterday for the first time. Must say I was very impressed , not only with the remote feeling, but a very nice track. Staff were very attentive , with 16 holes with water ...make sure you bring a few extra balls. Given its right beside the 427, 401 , and on flight path, it wasn't a problem at all.

Royal Woodbine is located near the airport - actually right under the flight path of the jets. It's not a bad track for someplace that looks like it was originally a flood run-off for the surrounding area. You are literally below grade from the roads and the nearby buildings. The place is well kept but I would probably warn you... More

I have to rate this course very good only for one reason. It's probably the best designed public course in the GTA and is maintained to a good standard. Unfortunately the service at the Club House needs improvement. The "back shop" is generally understaffed. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. One gets the impression the course is ran on... This is a nice 18 holes course with a unique view. The jet planes landing from nearby Pearson Airport departing or landing add a different element. The course is in great shape. Most fairways are tight with many creeks and ponds. Greens are quick. Not a a lot of holes that the big slice or draw hitter off the tee... More

Very interesting golf course. Not overly long but really makes you think about what clubs to hit and what shot to play. Great greens and very friendly pro shop and outside staff. I will definitely play it again.

I'm a +15 handicapper, play 10-20 rounds/ season and have low expectations of a golf course, but I left this course very unimpressed with what it had to offer. The starter was an older gentleman that was very rude (who gave off the impression that he did not like his job) and told our group numerous times to stay on... More
