Always an excellent time. Peter is an amazing RMT and the relaxation areas and steam rooms are a great size.

It was my first time at Elmspa and what a great experience! I usually ask for a female RMT, but I was reassured by the Receptionist, when making the reservation over the phone, that Peter was a great RMT. She was definitely right! I usually have to ask the RMT to use the lightest touch possible, but with Peter I... More

First of all , I have always had great customer service. I book through email and get immediate confirmations and reminders. The space itself is small, elegant and quiet. My masseuse is one of the best I have ever had and I've had a lot of massages in my day. Doesn't have pool or extensive water therapies, but make sup... More

I like the location and the staff are very good. I had a wonderful Swedish massage and the aesthetician, Camila, is the best. The problem that I have is with the management. I called several times to book appointments and always have to leave a message and play phone tag. I email, and NEVER get a reply. I think that... More

Fantastic experience for a day off to pamper yourself. This is a quiet, zen, clean, green space, boutique spa. It is petite but has everything you need (amenities, toiletries, facilities) and high quality service, as described by the other reviewers.

Not sure I want to give a review because this place is a quiet hidden gem in downtown Toronto. Not a huge spa, but great service and massages. The perfect size.

Fabulous therapists. Small and private. No jacuzzi but lovely steam in locker room. I love this small spa.

This place is a hidden gem! A smaller more relaxing version of their larger spa downtown, the Elmspa on Church street is a great way to escape. I have only been for massages and not used any other of their services however it all looks top notch. I've been getting massages for years now and finding a good masseuse is... More

This was my first time at ElmSpa and so glad I have now gone there! I was able to book an 80min massage same-day (amazing!). When I arrived there wasn't anyone at reception but a great guest service rep came out pretty quickly and signed me in. My massage was soooo great (Andrew - my masseuse - I highly recommend... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
