Not only was the food delicious, but the show, Going Bananas was fun and entertaining. Loved every minute of it. It is a must see!

We are a school from sudbury. Me and a few buddies of kine were spectical about the show. But when it started, we were all amazed by everything going on. The food was absolutely delicious, the chicken, the salad and the desert were absolutely amazing. On behalf of me and my school, this was the best experience we have had in toronto. I strongly recommend this establishment for someone looking for a good meal, and a great experience that you will remember always. Thank you!

What a wonderful evening. The evening began with a delicious dinner served by the best waitstaff anywhere! After dinner we entered the theater and was treated to a performance by the University of Pittsburgh Treble Ensemble with a beautiful a capella blend. Following this was the main event - the black box amazing, undescribable show. The stories of Diane Duprey and the puppeteers were so very beautiful. If I'm in Toronto, I'm taking my group to Famous People Players. They never disappoint and every member of my touring group can't wait to go back again.

We had a wonderful evening with the Famous People Player Theatre! The value and quality of the dinner was perfectly delicious! The staff was absolutely heartwarming, loving and so hard working. Some of the restaurant staff were part of the incredible cast on stage. You will be entertained and moved to tears. Don't forget to walk through the photo gallery to see how vast the support for Diane has been over the 49 years! They will inspire you! Call a friend and make it a date. You will love it!

If you haven’t been you must go! Food is wonderful the show is wonderful the staff is wonderful the concept is amazing! Inclusion and heartwarming at its best ! Thank you to everyone for the toe tapping show I can’t wait to return ! You work so hard and it shows !

I WAS MEETING MY SISTER FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME (LONG STORY) AND DECIDED TO TAKE HER TO FAMOUS PEOPLE PLAYERS AS A TREAT. AS WE ARRIVED I WAS A BIT SURPRIZED ON WHERE IT WAS AND HOW THE OUTSIDE LOOKED BUT ONCE INSIDE, IT WAS PERFECT.
THE SHOW WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, ENTERTAINING, AND FUN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS PUT ON BY CHALLENGED INDIVIDUALS AND CAN ONLY COMMENT ON HOW GOOD IT WAS.
THEN THERE WAS THE DINNER AFTERWORDS. WE ALL HAD THE CHICKEN AND I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT IT. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! WE WERE CONSTANTLY TAKEN CARE OF AND ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY THING ELSE.

We were in awe of the the entire experience from food to the performance. I teared up in the end. Very inspirational! Every student should have an opportunity to see the wonderful performance and Rock the World!

I will be bringing my 62yr old mother and 94yr old Grandmother in 2 weeks from the states. I saw the place is handicap accessible which is great as we all have physical disabilities, but my grandmother can be picky at times. Out of the food options, is there a way to see how/what "tastes" of the food are? She isn't picky about the actual entree, she just shys away from trying new tastes. Thanks! She's excited to be coming!

During the week until saturday lunch we offer salad, chicken supreme with mash potatores, green beens and carrots, and dessert coffee and tea. Saturday evening sirlion Steak. we also have salmon and vegeterian. Being a dinner theater the menue selection is pre ordered. Hope we can help

We just attend our second show last night and they are able to arrange the tables to match the party size. I saw some set up for 20. Another amazing show you will have a special night!

What is in the dinner menu for kids ?

The children are able to have what is on the regular menu:
Cornish Hen (or some form of Chicken), Salmon or Vegetarian - Saturday night is AAA Top Sirloin Steak in place of the Cornish Hen.
The children may have the above menu or Chicken Nuggets made from scratch - delicious.
All meals come with a salad, potato and fresh vegetables.
After the show they have dessert and coffee - the children may have ice-cream if they prefer to cakes from Dufflet Pastries.

Hello! Yes there is! It has its own parking lot, with some having immediate access into the building so you don't need to walk far. Hope that helps!
