The food here was mediocre at best, prices were high, and the service was lousy. I would not recommend, or return.

Average food, average price, average service. It is close to CN Tower, so if you do not have a whole lot of money, but are looking for a cool place, Hoops seems a good option. Nothing spectacular, though pretty decent.
