The best looking lobby I've ever seen at an escape room! Staff was welcoming from the very beginning. We did Draculas room and it was immersive and interactive. There were five of us and two were first timers. Everyone had an amazing time! Our guides...More

A thoroughly disappointing experience. My wife and I did the Dracula room. We were specifically limited to choosing a room that catered to 2 players. The decor is drab and not at all immersive. There were spelling mistakes in the clues One prop/action was downright...More

Super realistic escape room. I did Charlotte's attic in a group on a Friday and it was a crazy fun time. The puzzles were detailed and unique. No air conditioning so it was hot. We got there a bit early and waited in the lobby...More

We have done a lot of escape rooms and this was in the middle of the road at best. Some of the puzzles were great and some were not good at all. In my opinion there has to be good correlation between puzzles and they...More

I would suggest breaking down in to groups. Depending on the rooms you do there won't be enough room or "tasks" to do with too many. Each room has a suggestion of the max/min number of participants.

They are all great! If this is your first time at Captive I would recommend trying Dracula's Library first. If you have a large group then the Cabinet of Curiosities would be perfect!

Yes, it is doable for 2. It is fairly linear so you can work on the same task most of the time. More people, though, may mean more ideas to help figure it out.
