At BATL Axe Throwing, we believe that sport should be inclusive, fun for everyone in the family, and above all, be a safe entertainment bullseye. With safety and teaching being the highest priority at BATL, our coaches help everyone over twelve years old remember the feeling of their first bullseye. Whether you're bringing your young family out for some in-town entertainment or putting on a stag, bachelorette, birthday, team-building, or fundraising event, we'll make sure it's memorable and safe. No matter what BATL location you visit across North America, you can expect delicious food and drinks, axe throwing lanes, expert coaching, and a fun tournament. Maybe after pickle ball and bowling you want to try something new. If so this is something you might want to try for an hour or so. It’s also a good group activity.
The Place: Licensed and it has several areas to throw with tables and benches while you wait and watch as well as some other games.
Instructions: A very competent staff will give your group training and you will probably find you are better then you thought.
Cost: You can buy difficulty packages for duration or which includes drinks.
Duration: Your group probably doesn’t need a lot of time. One to two hours is really plenty.
Overall: A different experience that is worth a try.

Bunch of ladies out to throw some axes to celebrate a co-worker. None of us had done this before and were maybe a bit trepidatious going in. Not for long though - our "coach" Andreas was amazing! He went through the rules and techniques - had us laughing and was very encouraging along the way.
Honestly, I didn't even want to do this going in, but it was a total blast and moved along at a good pace so no one got board. Have recommended it to friends and it would be a great night out for couples, bunch of friends or co-workers. Perfect 1st date outing as well.
They had a bar there which was nice but no food on offer, so may want to consider eating beforehand or bring in your own snacks. Lots of fun!

Came in for a birthday party with about 20 people, and Scott & Wes showed us a great time. They were awesome at getting everyone involved and running a smooth ship, while actually seemingly enjoying themselves, which makes a huge difference.
10/10 will be coming back for league nights and at least another big group outing.
