It was a great day. Great driver & tour guide who passed on lots of knowledge. A very nice small group of people in tour- even had lunch with some of them. The Niagara Falls experience was great fun & spectacular.
Niagara by the Lakes was a lovely place to wander & browse the shops.
I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you

Great excursion to see Niagara Falls and the town of Niagara on the Lake. Sasha, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly and was very organised at all times. The minibus was okay with comfortable seats and we made good time despite being warned to expect heavy traffic. Stops were planned to enable comfort breaks and time to take in the surroundings. Our trip included the boat trip into the falls which was spectacular, exciting and unsurprisingly, wet, due to the mist created by the power of the falls. It’s a shame that autumn is arriving late this year as the trees weren’t quite the amazing colour-fest we had hoped for (obviously not the fault of the trip organisers!).
Niagara on the Lake was a beautiful and worthwhile visit to a town which has remained locked in time after being rebuilt in the 1840s following the American/Canadian war.
Superb trip - highly recommended.

This was an amazing experience, with TruExperiences Tours as recommended and booked through Freedom Destinations (also first class). Patrick was an outstanding guide, teaching us lots about the area and life in Canada, as well as The Falls themselves. Great driving by Marion, too. To be collected from right outside our hotel on our first full day in Canada and to be treated to insighful facts and humorous anecdotes and a neatly coordinated visit to Niagara Falls, before being safely returned to the lobby of our hotel was an ideal way to get into our holiday. Both Patrick and Marion were/are great hosts. Our select group of 12 was also a pleasure to be part of, with a couple from Spain, and two couples from Australia and the four of us from Scotland. Thanks so much!

The trip was amazing from start to finish! The tour guide, Darren, was extremely knowledgable , friendly and professional. Darren was very attentive and took time to answer the many questions members of the trip asked. There were 13 of us in total on this trip. We had a boat trip at the falls as well as stopping at several other places such as seeing the Whirlpool Aero Car and Niagara on the Lake. We highly recommend this trip!

The pickup at the hotel was quite late and the traffic was horrible making us late on both ends of the trip. The lunch option is quite expensive for the quality of the lunch provided. On our tour two couples had not selected the lunch option and the guide had therefore made then an a la carte reservation an they were able to order a very nice lunch of much higher quality for perhaps half the cost. SO SKIP THE LUNCH OPTION!

Fantastic tour - you won’t be disappointed! Sasha our tour guide was fantastic! Tour held our interest front start to finish… never once wished it to be over (like others we’ve been on)… saw loads! Driver Mike was great - felt safe on the roads

This was a fantastic tour! The tour guide, Danielle was superb, and Apollo, the driver, did a great job navigating all the traffic. Niagara Falls was spectacular! Danielle had everything set up and helped to navigate the process. Lunch was one of the many highlights since our table over looked horseshoe falls, so beautiful, and the cod lunch was very delicious. A few stops after the falls then came back; traffic was not pleasant. The van was comfortable and picked up/dropped off us up at the hotel. If you are in Toronto and want a special tour to Niagara Falls, then this is the tour for you. You won’t be disappointed. Yes, you will get wet but that is part of the experience.

My daughters and I LOVED this tour. Small group so easy to navigate stops. The lunch was delicious. Elena was a personable and knowledgeable guide. Dom a safe driver. The van was very comfortable. Hotel pickup was very convenient. I highly, highly recommend this tour.

We have four adults and a 10 year old wanting to take tour. We had wanted to do the Hornblower Cruise and the Behind the Falls Experience as well as linch buffet at the Sheraton (plus all of the other things mentioned. We are seeing that the Gem Tour includes the Behind the Falls but is not available on June 15 (the day we need). The other tour does not seem to include the Behind the Falls. How can we get it all??
