What a fantastic day and experience, We got picked up in a luxury van there was only nine of us on the tour.
Karen our guide was amazing and informative she told us about Canada & Toronto also pointing things out as we headed for the falls lots of interesting stories about people trying to cross them.
The sight of the falls was a wow even getting a bit wet on the hornblower cruise was fun.
We had lunch at Table Rock our table was overlooking the American falls just amazing .We also went to see the Floral clock and Niagara on the lake .Lawrence our driver opened the door and helped us all out & in a true gentleman.
I would highly recommend this tour great sights, information and plenty of time for photo opportunities a fantastic and amazing day.

John was our guide on this trip and used his ipad to provide us with information as we were driven from Toronto to Niagara pointing out various sites on the way. Once in Niagara we stopped for a comfort break before walking down to the Hornblower boat departure point picking up our ponchos on the way. John positioned himself to take photos of our group onboard which was a nice touch and these were emailed to us a few days later. The beauty of the samll group meant that we stopped if one or more required and could make decisions about lunch, timings etc without having to take into account a whole coach/bus load of people. A couple of extra detours for photo opportunities before going to Niagara on the Lake and then back to Toronto finished the day off nicely.

I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Toronto and want to go to Niagara Falls. It was very well-run and the excellent customer service started with the initial email inquiry, to the smooth payment process to the goodbye when we were dropped back off at our hotel. First you are picked up at your hotel around 9:30 a.m and the instructions on where to be are very clear. There is a driver and a guide, so you do not have to go through a driver/guide being distracted talking to you and driving at the same time. The first stop was the Hornblower. The boat experience is probably the best part of the trip. Be prepared to get drenched. The lunch in the Sheraton has a beautiful view, but it is a typical buffet. There are other places to eat at the Falls, so if you are not a fan of buffets you might consider going it on your own. There are multiple stops on the way back to Toronto which are very interesting. The town of Niagara-on-the-Lake was good since you have free time to explore the town on your own. George had plenty of information to share about the area and Mario was a super-skilled driver. The group is kept small, the bus is comfortable and the chance to visit Niagara Falls was amazing. Many thanks!

We where picked up on time from our hotel. Theresa our guide and Gordon our driver did a great job getting us around the city and showing us some of the interesting sites. We really enjoyed the Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, we are making plans to come back to spend more time at those sites. When we returned from our tour we realized we left our Souvenirs in the van , in 10 minutes we got a call from the front desk, Theresa was there with our stuff that we left on the van. She went above and beyond to make our trip great. I highly recommend this tour and look forward to doing business with them again.

We were recommended to use TruExperiences for our day tour to Niagra Falls as we didn't want to be with a big group. We had a group of 9 and our tour guide was Mick and driver Bill. We had a lovely day that was well paced and covered most of what we wanted. It was a bit pricey but well worth not having to stand in all the lines for long.

We had a great day on this tour. It was a 90 minute journey from being picked up at our hotel (very promptly) to our first stop at the Falls. We were able to skip the line and go straight onto the Hornblower - an incredible experience but prepare to get very wet! You’re provided with waterproof ponchos which are a big help!

We then had a buffet lunch at the top of the Sheraton with a fantastic view of the falls. The food choice was excellent and good quality, though if you want to drink anything other than tea, coffee or water then you’ll need to pay for them.

The rest of the day saw multiple stops at a whirlpool, a nearby dam, and then finally at Niagara on the Lake where we had an hour to ourselves to enjoy wine tasting and the town.

Unfortunately I’ve forgotten the names of the guide and driver, but they were both excellent - very knowledgable and funny.

Our driver Erika, superb; and our guide Mike, brilliant; his knowledge-of the region added to make the tour so much more and he was helpful and considerate all the time. Everything was organised so well, we would certainly look to book with Tru Experiences again, great experience for us! Thanks, Tina & Ian, England uk

This is definitely the way to do Niagara Falls.A small group of 10 in a comfortable mini bus and a terrific duo in driver Bill & tour guide Mike who gave a history lesson extraordinaire and whose knowledge of the area and the wine region was exceptional. We included lunch (at the Sheraton) which was the only negative - great view but not great food or ambience! Niagara on the Lake was fantastic and all timings worked perfectly. Very highly recommended - we had a truly terrific day.

We are very glad we booked TruExperiences for our trip to the Niagara Falls. It's much more convenient being in a small group as it's a very personal atmosphere and the guide Michael and the driver Mario were both really funny and knew a lot. They also were able to give information that we probably wouldn't have figured out on our own. It's also better to do the Niagara Cruise Ship Tour with a group with prebooked tickets, as it can be very busy.
However, we wished to have more than only an hour in Niagara-on-the-lake.
But we would definitely recommend visiting the Niagara Falls with TruExperiences!

We opted for this tour as it was advertised as a small group - did what it said on the tin - just 10 of us in a very nice minibus. John the tour guide was knowledgable, interesting and very personable. He considered the differnt needs of our group raningiong from 18 -90 and made sure every one was catered for. There were cheaper tours on offer but we were really pleased that we chose this one and felt it offered value for money
