Lise did an amazing job leading my team from work on a guided tour focusing on nature and mindfulness. She was well prepared for social distancing and sanitizing. We spent two hours walking through the York regional forest. It’s the first time the group of us have been together since the first week of March in person. She dId a great job helping us all reconnect again. Thanks Lisa!

What a find! The best tour and tour guide took me through a hidden and rejuvenated gem of a watershed. She deftly combined history, ecology, art and local indigenous wisdom in an compelling format. Don’t miss this opportunity to spend time with Lisa. Turns out she too is quite a gem!

I was looking for something fun to do with my adult niece here from Australia and Lisa's tour more than fit the bill. We both loved the guided walk along the Humber and I saw a part of Toronto that I had never seen, even though I've lived here my whole life. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the indigenous history in the area and made her stories come to life with food and drink samples as well as by having us play traditional music. More surprises kept coming out of her bottomless backpack!
Thanks, Lisa, for a great day.

Lisa (owner and tourguide) gave us a memorable and thought provoking experience. The 4 hour nature walking tour focusing on the Humber river and its First Nations history. Our hands on interactions with first nations music, food, drink, and medicines were the highlights. The trails were gentle, but beautifully wooded and full of unique plant and animal sightings that helped us take a glimpse into the abundant natural resources and biodiversity of the city.

In addition to the tour itself, what is truly memorable is Lisa's social consciousness and dedication to charities, groups and causes promoting empowerment of the First Nations People. A truly genuine walk, led by someone who truly cares about preserving the future of a vastly important culture.

Also - great news that there will be upcoming Spanish language tours as well to broaden the cultural reach of the institute's message.

The walk is an enjoyable and needed get away from Canada’s busiest city. The calming effect of nature along the Humber includes engaging discussion of positive Psychology as well as indigenous history and traditions that emphasize their oneness with nature.

Lisa led an enjoyable and informative 2.5-hour Sunday afternoon walk through a beautiful and wooded part of Toronto - the woods near the Evergreen Brick Works. She emphasized various ways in which people can better learn to create and innovate by looking to how nature works. I'm glad that I took part in the walk.

This was a very informative and insightful journey that our CBRE committee took to learn more about First Nations history. I was impressed with the diligence and scope of materials provided (smudge ceremony, music, traditions, tea and bannock). It was a rainy/cool day but Lisa's spirit, enthusiasm kept us engaged.
