For anybody wanting to explore Ontario or just keen to find out the latest goings on in and around Windsor, this is the place to visit. I am always visiting them for a road map, yes I still use one, camping information for provincial parks and privately owned ones, the new bicycle trail and to pick up my copy of "The Daytripper" The employees at the Information Centre have always been so eager to help me and often suggest other items I might be interested in.... Stopped in for a map, left with a wine passport! Got me some really good deals at the local wineries. Also gave me a good lunch suggestion for Amherstburg, which I really enjoyed. They also gave me an event list for the area. Even though I am local, this was nice to have so I know what's going on in... More

I go here before I plan on travelling to a new place in Canada. I can pick up printed materials on the place I am going to travel to, even though you can get it on line.It isn't the same. The employees are always very helpful.

Ontario Travel is horrible. First off the staff don't know that much about what to do in Ontario without resorting to open up one of their travel guides for information. They can't even name a attraction in any city in Ontario without again resorting to opening up one of their travel guides. Their travel guides are too old and outdated.... More

Very close to the river walk, this information center provides valuable information. Employees present are very cordial, helpful and are willing to provide you with all the information. It also houses a lot information brochures on Ontario and Canada. You should start your Windsor visit after meeting these people. That would really help you optimize your time that you spend... During a recent visit to Windsor, Ontario, Canada we stopped in for some information about local attractions. The 2 women who were at the centre were so helpful and provided us with lots of useful suggestions and information. So glad we stopped.

We stopped here after we left the Tunnel. It is almost directly across from the Tunnel. Very clean, lots of free brochures. The woman who worked there was friendly and helpful. She quickly asked us what we were looking for and directed us to where we would find it. She offered a free map of Windsor, ( most of the... More
