We took this bicycle tour with a bunch of funny guys from Saint John, NB. We just happened to coincide pedaling. What a great time we had. We would wave at everyone and they would stay shocked starring at us drinking beer, cycling and yelling to the music. We would also stop the traffic because of how slow we were riding and everyone would look at us feeling the would like to be in our places. We had 2 stops at local bars too. This is not the kind of tour to learn about the history of the city, but it is extremely fun to do in a group. For those of you who are not familiar the vehicle is driven by a tour guide and the customers move it by cycling. There are also solar panels and an electric motor to help you on the hills

We had a fantastic time on our 2.5 hour peddle bike tour with Ride Solar. Our guide Connor was incredible and made a great night even better. He was so personable, making this review easy to write. The discounts that were offered at the different stops make the tour very cost effective. Awesome job, awesome job Connor!!

Went with my university class and Steve gave us a super interesting interpretative presentation, even for a local! The boat itself is also a top notch vessel (clean and obviously sustainable). Didn’t get a chance to try the food, but options sounded great, will have to come back to try.

A few of my pals and I rented this bike for my birthday and we had the BEST time! We got to select the stops we wanted to make, and select our own choice of music! The bike operator was very friendly and entertaining. 1000/10 Experience. Would definitely do this again with my pals

Not professional for paid service, we used to see that behavior in Thailand and some other countries

They oblige you to visit some restaurant, they drive 5 minutes and let you go for 25 minutes , than another 5 minutes and they will stop in front of another restaurant. And the driver will ask you to go inside even if you are not hungry, you don’t need to order , however it’s better to show your face that you are entering.

Hi 28ronym! I remember you from the tour on Monday. Thank you for your review & for taking a tour at Ride Solar. I am sorry that the experience you had was not what you anticipated, but we clearly outline exactly what the tour IS and IS NOT about. In fact, the entire itinerary is listed on our web site that you can simply read before booking a ticket. Unfortunately, if you do not read about our tour before booking then we cannot take responsibility for you not getting what you "think" you paid for.
THIS IS A FOOD & DRINK PUB CRAWL WHICH INVOLVES VISITING 2 GREAT RESTAURANTS/PUBS WITH FOOD & DRINK SPECIALS.
The first part of the tour is shorter and is usually 10-15 min until we hit our first restaurant stop where we go in for 25 min to enjoy great food & drink specials.
It is not 5 min.
After the first stop, we pedal through Victoria Park drinking ice cold beer, wine or other drinks on the bike for a full 45 min before hitting our next restaurant stop for 25 min for more great food & drink specials.
It is not 5 min.
Because it is a FOOD & DRINK PUB/RESTAURANT TOUR, we DO need to go to these stops so that we can supply what we advertise & we cannot accommodate other desires from some patrons at the expense of others. These are our restaurant partners & it hurts their business if we make reservations for people who decide not to read the itinerary and not show up. We don't do that to them as it is unfair & hurts their business.
Thank you again for attempting to take a tour with us & I do suggest reading before you book your next tour so you are not disappointed.
P.S. - You didn't pay for the 2 water that you received on the bike.

I laughed so much during this experience my gut hurt. The staff were amazing—they even provided a cord to charge my phone while we toured downtown Charlottetown.
The food & drinks were delicious!! I was expecting samples, but we received fair sized portions at each location.
The Ride Solar pedal-bus was a highlight! (Especially laughing with the other passengers and comparing our PEI adventures.)
I definitely recommend it.

We jumped on this unique piece of machinery this past Monday evening and had a great time! The owner and driver were very friendly, accommodating and entertaining. It was a warm evening so the drinks at the different venues were certainly appreciated! This was a great way to meet people, get some exercise and have plenty of laughs over a 3 hour period. I would highly recommend giving this a shot!

Had an wonderful time out with my co-workers touring Charlottetown!! The staff was friendly and the snacks were great!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time!!!
