Read a review about this museum so hunted it out. It was small, but a lot of information packed into the space. Gave a good review of the regiment through various campaigns - including WW1. Out the front is a sherman tank - great for...More

The military and military service played an important role in PEI History. Museum gives a great snapshot of the history of the local regiment. So much to see, but, unfortunately, too many exhibits in too little space. Really needs more floor space to do a...More

Unfortunately this place is not open on Saturday. My family was really looking forward to it and all I had found for hours was “open year around” When we arrived Saturday morning they were closed. 🙁

Located at the end of Water St this little museum is a gem. For history buffs there is a wealth of material about PEI's contributions to the war effort. There are all types of weapons, uniforms and other items on display. There is no admission...More

A great local display of the P.E.I Regimental history especially during WWI, WWII and up to the present day. A must visit for those interested in the part Canada has played internationally defending our Allies during wartime and peace keeping.

Not expecting much in this quaint town on Prince Edward Island, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of displays that told the story of the ever-evolving regiment from the counties of PEI. Dating from the Northwest Rebellion in 1885 (had never heard...More

Very nice for a free museum (donations accepted). Lots of stuff in a small area. There were no staff there when we went, not sure if that is normal, if you had questions you are stuck but otherwise it was very nice.
