We went to see the show Becoming Dolly which is a history of Dolly Parton’s career and a story about the PEI actress Jessica Gallant who plays her. We were a group of 8 people and this play was absolutely amazing. Jessica Gallant is Dolly Parton and was formerly Anne of Green Gables. Singing and acting is Broadway quality all the way in a fun cocktail bar setting! Highly recommend any travellers to go and see.

We went to see I Am Every Woman and it was phenomenal. The Mack is a smaller venue with tables, not a huge auditorium style theater. The young women in the show had the most incredible voices imaginable! The wine was good too!

Wonderful adult comedy. Lots of laughs and the talent of the performers was over the top! The Mack is set up with small round tables that seat six. Arrive early if you want to face the stage, if not just turn you chair around. They have light snacks and drinks available for purchase. See this show with some girlfriends....funny. Not suitable for children....adult themes.

This is a musical comedy about 3 girls getting dumped by their boyfriends / husbands. We took our 15 year old grandson with us. He was the youngest person there. The music is generally 50's and well performed. We thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and the skills of the performers. This is a great presentation and well worth the money.

We enjoyed Bittergirl, a musical assembled with familiar songs with a storyline about being dumped. Light and fun, it is an entertaining escape that is appropriate for a vacation destination. The Mack features cabaret style seating with bar service.

Lennie Gallatn's show is absolutely fantastic. We attended the preview performance but there were few noticeable glitches (violin was a bit raucus for us). What a wonderful evening with a well-deserved standing ovation. Loved the blend of local PEI lore and commentary and the back projection of Karen Gallant's art. I would definitely go again, just brilliant.

Very intimate setting for Confederation Centre offerings. Round tables seating 8 people and a small stage for single artists or plays. NOTE: When you book you book a table but not a seat at the table so get there early to select your seat ie. facing the stage and not with your back to it.

We were staying at The Great George, so it was an easy walk to the MACK to see 'On the Road with Dutch Mason.' For any Dutch fans, this was just a stellar performance. We got there early enough that we had good seats near the front - you are seated with others if you aren't a group of 6, so we made new friends :-). There is an intermission with fairly lengthy lines for drinks, but you meet more people in line. It's an intimate setting to see any performance, and high quality as it is a Confederation Centre of the Arts venue.

Just got back from seeing Stories from the Red Dirt Road. What a great show with actors worthy to be on any London theatre. Good venue too
