I loved my experience, particularly because of Valerie's services. She is incredibly efficient and talent. She made me such a beautiful Mani/pedi and was greatly delicate letting me sleep (from pregnancy tiredness!) And finding a good balance in conversation and care in my wellbeing. The room was a bit hot and I did request for a fan to be added.

If you want to give yourself the most glorious treat available in Montreal, go to Spa St. James! Their treatments are far superior to any others in the city in my experience. My spa day started with a masterful massage with Val whose hands expertly found the places that needed (kneaded!) the most work. The facial provided by Sabina felt wonderful and was customized to my skin needs and finally Sabina's pedicure left my feet soft, tingly and gorgeous!

While staying at the Ritz Carlton overnight, we decided to book my sister & I a treatment at the Spa St-James. We both chose the Deep Cleansing Back Facial but the full service was not offered to neither of us. In the description while booking online it had stated as follow: “Deep Cleansing Back Facial 1 hr 15 min$265.00 Clear your back, neck and shoulders of blemishes and congested pores. After being deeply cleansed, skin is then brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and aid in cell renewal. This is followed by a Swedish massage and a moisturizing marine mud mask application. While the mask penetrates the skin you will be treated to a lower leg and foot massage for an overall relaxing experience.” We did not received the lower leg & foot massage. My sister ask the question and the staff answered “ back massage/treatment doesn’t include leg/foot massage” If that’s the case, you clearly should change the description provided on your website and not lead customer to a false information. I will unfortunately not coming back or refer anyone to this Spa. At this price range, I expected a top notch experience which I did not received.

From the moment of arrival, the service is excellent, friendly and very professional. Unlike other spas, ALL of the estheticians are excellent, so no worries about choosing. I have been a regular customer of many services, from manicure, pedicure, waxing, spray tanning, massages, skin and hair care over the years (but have never written a review). I always leave looking and feeling better and totally satisfied. Plus the spa setting is a luxurious space with a lovely zen room with numerous spa beds separated with semi-curtains to relax in with privacy while enjoying tea and snacks. An added attraction is that spa guests may use the gorgeous rooftop pool of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. I have given gift certificates for Spa St James to family, friends and employees knowing that it is a gift of a wonderful experience. It's a hit every time!

From the moment you walk into Spa St. James you know you’re going to be treated well. You are greeted warm and kindly. The atmosphere of the spa is very inviting and modern. I treated myself to the oxygen facial as it seems to be talked about a lot online and wanted to experience it for myself. Sabina was the one to perform my treatment and she was very caring and happy to answer all my questions on what she was doing. And since no spa day is complete without a massage I received a treatment from Nelea. Nelea was sure to ask about anything specific I wanted to focus on and worked magic to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall this was an amazing day and much needed. Would recommend either of them on a visit.

This is a spa I’ve visited many times. Nice relaxing ambiance and everyone is so friendly. It really shows that they want each guest to have a quality experience. The services are done by knowledgeable estheticians and therapists, the spa uses high end European products in their treatments. If I had to choose, the facials are my favorite. Try it!

I feel like Spa St. James is my second home, not because I have been a regular client for 3 years now, but simply because of the way you are treated as you enter! You are guaranteed a warm welcome and a premium moment of pampering and relaxation. I do all of my treatments there from head to toe and will continue to do so. Whether it’s body care, grooming, face care, massage therapy, hair, etc., you will not be disappointed by the entire team of highly qualified and friendly estheticians, massage therapists, and hair stylists. Jordan, the Spa Director, always goes above and beyond to ensure your visit is an exceptional one. Spa St. James is a must whether you are local or visiting. I highly recommend!

This is the best spa experience I've ever had! They thought of every little detail to make my stay special, and I felt totally pampered! I had some special needs and requests, and they handled them gracefully and kindly. I had a CBD pedicure with Svitlana, and an exfoliation and body wrap with Ghada, and both were magical! I feel like a whole new person!!!

I go to the Spa St. James regularly and have done so for years because the experience is just perfect every time. The team makes you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive and wants to make sure you will feel pampered. The staff is professional, nice and attentitve. And they don't try to pressure you into buying products, which is something I appreciate. However, when you do need a product, they are knowledgeable and helpful. The surroudings are lovely and clean and contribute to making you relax. I attend the spa with my husband and teenage girls and their review is the same as mine.

The Spa St James is always pure class and elegance. I have been going to the spa since it opened at the Ritz. Everyone from Jordan, Carole, Desi, Ghada, Anna, and the other staff are all wonderful and professional. Everyone always goes the extra mile and do so with a big smile. Very fortunate to have this spa located in an iconic hotel. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
