We payed $200 for a bracelet, after 4 days all the color start to fade , we sent the bracelet from Toronto all the way back to Montreal for a refund, but Kemy, the sales person was making excuses for not giving us our money back saying that we scratch it , really ??? Now we have no bracalet and we lost our $200

This branch of the Jules Perrier stores is located in Bonsecours Market in Old Montreal. There is a very nice variety of high quality jewelry items for sale here, along with other quality gift items. The staff is very accommodating, making for a very pleasant shopping experience. Much of the jewelry is custom made by the Jules Perrier company.
