Even if this event last only between 15-20 minutes, it is a must to see ! When you enter the basilica, you are invited to wlak around and see lots of images growing to life with lights and sounds, everything is amazing all around the basilica. Then a voice announce the start of Aura and then, watch out, when you can believe that the roof is suddenly a dome of glass and you can see all seasons passing under your eyes, flood, rebirth of earth, when you se golden rhinestone falling all over you, you are amazed. I definitely thought it was worth the money, even though as others have pointed out, it should really be billed as a half hour experience, not 45 minutes, and only 15 of those minutes are part of the light show, whereas the rest of the time is spent viewing artwork that has been "illuminated" throughout the church. Nonetheless, the light show is excellent, and I thought it was just the right length. Agree that you should sit closer to the back for optimal viewing. If you don't feel that you have enough time to view the illuminated art, you will have more time after the light show is over.…
