This is a very unusual building in that it is a cut-down version of St Peters in Rome including the canopy over the altar (Bernini) but without his colonnade outside. It does not have the presence of St Peters which is many times the size.
I love stopping by this lovely church in the mornings. It’s peaceful and quiet, as well as warm. Take a walk around the church and admire the art and architecture. It’s a great place to start the day!
This is a smaller version of st. peters, down to the altar. bishops are buried here, and has historical paintings. Spend time admiring the external architecture. Right in middle of business district.
