They did what they could to compensate the bad weather. I think it would have been really nice if the visibility was better.

Comfortable boat and nice views along the river. Would have been nice if the tour guide could have provided a bit more information but overall a nice experience.

It was a nice comfortable boat ride. The tour guide seemed new to the area. Read mostly from her tablet. Not a great deal of history on the area or explanations about buildings or places we passed. Would have enjoyed hearing more of a continuous talk as opposed to 4-5 things explained. Perhaps she’ll get better with experience.

One big negative was the line organization prior to boarding. There wasn’t anyone from the tour group managing it and then we all got shoved back like cattle under this canopy where they roped us in and made us wait another 15 minutes. Better pre-boarding line management would be strongly suggested.

It was more or less a 45min-1 hr cruise. First off, its difficult to find the check in area because you have to go down a hidden ramp past the ticket purchase counter. We went back and forth to find it coz there was no sign. It was a very hot day. And of course, the 2nd level of the boat was fried coz they had to open the covers/tarp. So there was nowhere to seat because of the seats would fry you. Bring lots of water. The tour guide had a lot of fillers when she was speaking back and forth to English and French. A lot of "ummm" ahhh, sounds like she did not really know what she was saying or forgetting things. Lastly, the drink gave me a terrible headache. I ordered the virgin/ mocktail mango something.

I’m happy I didn’t read reviews before I made reservations! We did the 90 minute cruise on this beautiful sunny Monday! Who can think of a better way to spend time but on the water? Sure you see a lot of the port but it’s the largest one in North America! So just look at the other side on your way out and see the Biodome and La Ronde amusement park. The view of Montreal from the water is magnificent on your return!

I ordered a pina colada and it was yummy! We sat on the upper deck and yes the sun was hot at times but that made us appreciate the times we were in shade. The narrator spoke in both French & English and also walked around a few times asking if anyone had any questions. We thought it was time well spent.

We took the 60 minute tour. Get there early if you want a seat up top as it is extremely hot in the bottom. It’s very crowded and noisy. They have bar service drinks are good. They translate from French to English. It’s ok for a 1 hour reprieve of crowds and walking but I would suggest skipping it

You go out on a boat for an hour and a half. Thats about it. What you see is a bunch of shipping containers being loaded at the ports.

Multiple issues during the visit.

1) being rushed to enter the boat

2) Overcrowded, the 2 seat places were so tight my knees were hitting the person in front of me or I had to sit in diagonal

3) Food was not to my liking. Seemed to be of questionable quality (crackers were soft due to humidity). Drinks were ok.

For the price, would not recommend…

When we got inside the boat we were so happy and excited to see how beautiful and clean it was , then I personally asked the so called the guide guy, the one who talks on the microphone to take a picture for us, the guy was texting when we asked him then he looked at us and said ‘ Later’ why not now I’m busy texting. Then after the boat started moving he was talking but couldn’t hear anything he was saying.
