Crystal Dreams is an international gemstone shop located in Montreal, & Laval, Canada. Crystal Dreams has three retail stores located at: 3803 St-Denis Street (Montreal) / 15781 Boul. Pierrefonds (Montreal) / 2100 Boul. Le Corbusier (Laval). We specialize in the sale of crystals, minerals, gemstones, precious stones, jewelry, herbs, incense, pendants, bracelets, salt lamps, essential oils, herbs, teas, Tarot cards, oracle decks, books, smudging sticks, sage bundles & many more metaphysical products! We offer 100% natural products at the most affordable prices in the market. This crystal shop has made it its mission to spread awareness about spirituality & wellness through crystals. It is very involved in the community & often organized free seminars, trade shows & other events in order to bring the community together & give back. I have to admit that the service
Was disappointing.

Was not accessible to persons with disabilities and the service was
Incredibly bad.
They gave me no insight on anything and did no t even off any advice. They gave me no info on what I was buying and what to do.
But they sure
Took
My money fast.
Shameful.
I regret spending over 300. There.
Never again

We fell as I was walking out and bad experience for me
As a person with a disability.

Reason for 1 star which could have been 5*. The reason is that one of the twin owners, don't know which on was extremely rude and cocky. I was so exciting show him the bracelets I made from the beads I purchased from his store, he did not even look at me but focused on scrolling on his phone and only said uh ha. Then I asked him for the properties of a stone, he said to read the description on the box is not.

This store is beautiful and set up well with a wonderful selection of crystals. Prices were really great and the employees were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store!!
