The basilica’s neo-Gothic splendour is beautifully proportioned and although not overly ornate is nevertheless a thing of beauty. There are 20 minute tours every so often in French or English. Our guide was friendly, informative and relaxed. The staff at the entrance are less so,...More

The basilica was beautiful. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get in while the mass concluded, so you might want to check the schedule. I wish we would have gone to the mass.

The Basilica is quite impressive from the outside but the inside is an absolute gem and its history is quite interesting. Time it so that you can receive the tour... the guide loves the Basilica and is a wealth of information.
