An architecturally interesting building in Old Montreal, near a number of attractions including Basilica de Notre-Dame. No tours. Just enjoy the view.

You either love or hate Palais de Justice. The facade is too colourful for my taste...more suited for a vanguard museum? Saving grace is It hosts restaurants, local art galleries, all kinds of clinics, conference facilities, access to public transportation, etc.. Really, depends what you...More

Modernist building a bit on the brutalist side. You'll be passing by as you walk around Old Montreal and it is a bit of an anomaly among the older architectural styles. Easy to pass by with all the other more interesting buildings to see.

it. is a very nice building and the city must be proud about it. Location is wonderful and the location is exciting mostly for tourists in Old Montreal. White collars working in the surroundings have plenty of restaurants at different level prices.

A black concrete and granite structure without any design in the Old Town surrounded by Heritage buildings is truly an eyesore. And they call it a Palace? What a joke!

This place is neat, but I wouldn't say it's a must-see. It's a fairly standard legal, provincial building with lots of doors and blue signs. If you're into law and like seeing different courthouses, you might have fun, otherwise it's not all that interesting!

The picture looks like the second Palais de Justice; we have a third one which is mostly used in Montreal. The one pictured is beautiful, located next to City Hall in Old Montreal. I'm not sure if it's the first or second one. I haven't...More

The historic centre of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to
some of the city's most antiquated buildings and
picturesque streets. Along the waters of the St.

festivals, food stalls, and outdoor athletics, a
celebrated part of the city that explodes into
fireworks displays on warm summer nights. At its
